Valentine's Day lends itself to us to understand that love begins with ourselves, we have to love ourselves as the first love we all must have, from that experience of searching within ourselves for love I have found 3 things I love about myself.
1.- Amo mi empatía soy de las personas que se pone en el lugar de otro, para no juzgar ni hacer daño, debemos ser más empático para que el mundo sea más humano creo que si cada uno de nosotros debiera de ser más sensible para humanizar a las personas a veces esto me causa problemas por que me involucró demasiado y puedo sufrir mucho así que debo en esa parte poner límites para no salir lastimada, pero eso es muy bueno ser empático para poder entender el dolor del otro.
2.- Soy una persona que inspira confianza tengo ese don y me gusta mucho escuchar y ayudar a la gente, he logrado que muchas personas, me cuenten sus penas, su dolor, puedo dar consejos que han cambiado la vida de varias personas, tengo la capacidad de poder llegar al fondo de todo y dar soluciones a pesar de que suelo involucrarme y a veces sufro por los demás a veces me molestó porque las personas a veces vuelven a caer en los vicios, tengo la capacidad de saber escuchar ver más allá de lo evidente, creo que soy como una persona medicina, que cura el alma y el corazón.
3.- Amo mi personalidad, tengo una personalidad arrolladora, aunque les cueste creerlo, ando por la vida regalando sonrisas, no solo en mi consulta dental, sino a mis amigos y las personas que están a mi alrededor, tengo siempre un chiste, una salida muy cómica, por eso tengo muchos amigos porque soy súper simpática, tal vez sea por que me gusta ser el centro de atención y lo logro con carisma y buena vibra.
I love my empathy, I am one of those people who put myself in the place of another, not to judge or hurt, we must be more empathetic for the world to be more humane I think that if each of us should be more sensitive to humanize people sometimes this causes me problems because I got too involved and I can suffer a lot so I have to put limits in that part not to get hurt, but that is very good to be empathetic to understand the pain of the other.
I am a person who inspires confidence I have that gift and I like to listen and help people, I have managed to get many people to tell me their pain, their pain, I can give advice that have changed the lives of several people, I have the ability to get to the bottom of everything and give solutions even though I usually get involved and sometimes I suffer for others sometimes it bothers me because people sometimes fall back into the vices, I have the ability to listen and see beyond the obvious, I think I'm like a person medicine, which heals the soul and heart.
I love my personality, I have an overwhelming personality, although it is hard to believe, I go through life giving smiles, not only in my dental office, but to my friends and people who are around me, I always have a joke, a very funny way out, so I have many friends because I am super nice, maybe it's because I like to be the center of attention and I achieve it with charisma and good vibes.
Tengo otras cualidades que he ido descubierto a medida que he encontrado mi amor propio, como la capacidad de decir que no, la capacidad de ver lo que me merezco ya que pase muchos años recibiendo menos de lo que merecía, he aprendido amarme tanto que rechazo todo aquello que quiera venirme a cortar las alas.
Cuando encontré que amarme a mi misma es la clave para ser completamente feliz, por que ayuda a encontrar tu valor, y no vas aceptar menos de lo que te mereces, es momento de entender que amarre a ti mismo te hace sentirte tranquilo, las mujeres tenemos muchas trabas para tenerlo, por eso es importante conservarlo, sino te amas no puedes amar a los demás.

En la medida en que te amas a ti mismo en esa misma medida puedes amar a otros, por lo tanto es importante quererte, durante mucho mucho tiempo en mi vida no encontraba feliz, pero las cosa se fueron dando para que todo gire a mi favor y poder dejar salir quien en realidad soy, gracias a eso estoy donde quiero estar, muchas gente duda de mi pero yo soy la mejor mujer del mundo.
