Hola Hivers, me complace responder a la iniciativa de @mosa71, El Efecto Luciérnaga en Hive y en @holos-lotus.
Cuando ingrese a la plataforma venía con la convicción de crear contenido para monetizar. Era mi primera vez en estas andanzas como bloguera. Nunca he sido fanática a las redes sociales, las utilizo para lo que considero necesario, como estar informada con las noticias de mi país y el mundo entero, por ejemplo.
Visualizaba mi vida en Hive como, publicar, votar, comentar, bloguear y hacer efectiva la recompensa de mis post.
A medida que fui conociendo Hive, sus usuarios, sus contenidos y todo lo que implica mantener comunicación frecuente con distintas personas de diversas culturas, me fui compenetrando y enamorando cada día de los favores. Además de brindar conocimientos de una gran variedad de temas y poder exponer experiencias personales hallando una palabra de aliento.
En este tiempo, como Hiver me he dado el gustazo de toparme con publicaciones maravillosas que me han dejado grandes aprendizajes, he repasado dirigirme a distinto tipo de usuarios adaptándome a las comunidades sin perder mi esencia, quien soy, como soy y que deseo.
Agradezco a cada uno de los hivers que han dedicado parte de su precioso tiempo para leer mi contenido, dejar un comentario personalizado, felicitarme por mis victorias, aportar una crítica constructiva para mejorar cada día y hasta contactarme por privado para ofrecerme una mano amiga.
Ahora tengo una visión distinta de lo que es y seguirá siendo mi vida con HIve. Es un antes y un después.
También colaboro con todos aquellos que poseen menos conocimientos que yo de la plataforma, me ocupo de transmitir información de ayuda que consigo en las redes sociales o comparto lo que comunican por los distintos grupos en los cuales hago vida. Del mismo modo doy mi apoyo a las comunidades donde me desarrollo, en cada iniciativa le dejo mi voto, comentario y comparto, envío link por privado a mis hivers-amigos para que llegue a más usuarios. Culminando con una ayuda colectiva, todos obtenemos beneficios.
Si detecto algún error en una publicación y tengo la manera de llegar a ese hivers por privado, de inmediato lo alerto para que corrija el error y así pueda evitar ser silenciado. También me familiarizo más con las redes sociales gracias a Hive. Les he encontrado un sentido más que el de enterarme de la vida de los demás.
Para responder las dos interrogantes que nos dejó Mosa71, mi sugerencia para seguir fortaleciendo el efecto luciérnaga en Holos es, continuar con las iniciativas y la gran variedad de temas que encontramos, todos con el objetivo de la comunidad que es brindar Bienestar y Crecimiento Personal. Igualmente, seguir con los Pódcast por Discord y en la medida de sus posibilidades, organizar nuevos Encuentros Holos, pudiera ser cada dos meses.
Sé que requiere de tiempo y esfuerzo, pero después de vivir la experiencia del primer encuentro, quede con ganas de más, suelo ser un poco introvertida; sin embargo, ese día me sentía cómoda, todos íbamos en la misma sintonía. Ya tengo diseñada una estrategia para abarcar la mayor cantidad de personas posibles, conocerlas y poder estrechar la mano o un abrazo apretado, intercambiar números telefónicos y usuarios de la plataforma. Quiero conocer a todos los asistentes.
Para la segunda pregunta, considero que todos los días puedo fortalecer en mi entorno El Efecto Luciérnaga, empezando por mi labor de madre, esposa e hija. Dedicándole a cada uno el tiempo y la atención merecida sin descuidar mis temas personales. Unas veces de manera presencial y otras a través de la comunicación telefónica. He aprendido a escuchar sin interrumpir, a ser más empática y flexible para cada escenario. Como dicen por allí, cada cabeza es un mundo, así que me toca lidiar con tres mundos extraños y el mío propio. ¿Fácil? No lo creo. ¿Posible de lograr? Estoy segura de que sí. Es una de las razones por las que me apoyo en Holos, para hacerlo más simple.
En el caso de la zona donde habito, hasta hace un tiempo era más proactiva, pero ha habido acontecimientos con vecinos indeseables que me han obligado a mantenerme alejada y he copiado el patrón de otros vecinos, vivir de mi puerta hacia adentro. Comparto y apoyo a mis vecinos de confianza, pero en el ámbito general, guardo silencio. Esperando que las circunstancias mejoren, porque estoy convencida de que lo negativo es pasajero.
Siempre agradecida con @holos-lotus y sus columnistas por la oportunidad de crecimiento y aprendizaje. Para esta iniciativa me gustaría leer la participación de @verdesmeralda.

Hi Hivers, I am pleased to respond to the initiative of @mosa71, The Firefly Effect on Hive and @holos-lotus.
When I joined the platform I came with the conviction to create content to monetize. It was my first time in these adventures as a blogger. I have never been a fan of social networks, I use them for what I consider necessary, such as being informed with the news of my country and the whole world, for example.
I visualized my life on Hive as posting, voting, commenting, blogging and getting rewarded for my posts.
As I got to know Hive, its users, its contents and all that is involved in maintaining frequent communication with different people from different cultures, I got to know and fall in love with the faves every day. In addition to providing knowledge on a wide variety of topics and being able to expose personal experiences finding a word of encouragement.
During this time, as a Hiver, I have had the pleasure of coming across wonderful publications that have left me with great lessons, I have reviewed how to address different types of users, adapting myself to the communities without losing my essence, who I am, how I am and what I want.
I thank each of the hivers who have dedicated part of their precious time to read my content, leave a personalized comment, congratulate me for my victories, provide constructive criticism to improve every day and even contact me privately to offer me a helping hand.
I now have a different vision of what my life with HIve is and will continue to be. It is a before and an after.
I also collaborate with all those who have less knowledge than me of the platform, I take care of transmitting helpful information that I get on social networks or share what they communicate through the various groups in which I live. In the same way I give my support to the communities where I develop, in each initiative I leave my vote, comment and share, I send a link privately to my hivers-friends so that it reaches more users. Culminating with a collective help, we all get benefits.
If I detect an error in a publication and I have a way to reach that hivers privately, I immediately alert him to correct the error so he can avoid being silenced. I am also becoming more familiar with social networks thanks to Hive. I have found more meaning in them than just finding out about other people's lives.
To answer the two questions that Mosa71 left us, my suggestion to continue strengthening the firefly effect in Holos is to continue with the initiatives and the great variety of topics that we find, all with the objective of the community, which is to provide Wellness and Personal Growth. Likewise, to continue with the Discord Podcasts and as far as possible, to organize new Holos Meetings, it could be every two months.
I know it takes time and effort, but after living the experience of the first meeting, I was left wanting more, I tend to be a bit introverted; however, that day I felt comfortable, we were all on the same page. I have already designed a strategy to meet as many people as possible, get to know them and be able to shake hands or a tight hug, exchange phone numbers and users of the platform. I want to meet all the attendees.
For the second question, I believe that every day I can strengthen the Firefly Effect in my environment, starting with my work as a mother, wife and daughter. Dedicating to each one the time and attention deserved without neglecting my personal issues. Sometimes in person and other times through telephone communication. I have learned to listen without interrupting, to be more empathetic and flexible for each scenario. As they say, every head is a world unto itself, so I have to deal with three strange worlds and my own. Easy? I don't think so. Achievable? I'm sure it is. That's one of the reasons I rely on Holos, to make it simpler.
In the case of the area where I live, until a while ago I was more proactive, but there have been events with undesirable neighbors that have forced me to stay away and I have copied the pattern of other neighbors, living from my door in. I share and support my trusted neighbors, but on a general level, I remain silent. Waiting for circumstances to improve, because I am convinced that bad things are short lived.
Always grateful to @holos-lotus and its columnists for the opportunity to grow and learn. For this initiative I would like to read the participation of @verdesmeralda.

Jajaja nunca será una molestia poder ayudar, fui nueva en Hive y necesité de muchos para poder entender tantas cosas. Aún sigo necesitando ayuda, aquí hay mucho por explorar. Ésto segura que crearás un post maravilloso.
Hola amiga que bueno que no encontremos por aquí, me gustó mucho tu publicación, eres una persona sincera y asi lo expresaste tal cual era tu pensamiento sobre hive, yo aquí he aprendido tantas cosas y todos los días lo hago, mis padres me han enseñado desde pequeño que no todas las redes sociales son buenas y que debo enfocarme en las que me dan enseñanza para que en el futuro sea un gran hombre y así trato de hacerlo, hive saca lo mejor de mí y hoy con tu post pude ver aún más las cosas buenas que aquí suceden.
