In this sense, through history and life experiences, we can hear that one of the basic principles in any interpersonal relationship is an effective and clear communication, obviously, behind this process that sounds so simple, lies a series of regulations that are those that truly generate a complexity in the process. So that aspects such as actively listening to the other, being empathetic, assuming and understanding the perspectives and emotions of others, are aspects that we have to master and take into account in the issue of interpersonal relationships.
And if to the above, we add the determinant of trust, we note that building and maintaining solid relationships is not an easy task, on this lies the honesty and the fact of keeping your social standards extremely high.
In the same way, tolerance and respect are fundamental, since each person has their own personality and temperament and accepting these, as well as valuing their differences and beliefs, are the key, of all those aspects that we must know in order to establish true and lasting relationships over time.
Now, beyond what we must know, there is what I can and should do. And in this sense, the act of being intentional and learning to water our relationships is what will determine our success. Let's go a little deeper, imagine human behavior and relationships as a space of land where you plant flowers, it is evident that, if this place is not taken care of, it will quickly fill with weeds that will affect the growth of those flowers that you want to grow.
On the contrary, if you are watering them daily and fight the weeds, you will realize that this will end up disappearing and in a short time, the beautiful colors of the flowers are the only ones that will stand out, and this behavior that for many is basic, is crucial to maintain solid and true relationships, a call, a good morning, an invitation to dinner and even a how have you been? is enough for the other person to notice that you take them into account.
Remember that every action has a reaction and the good deeds you do today will end up generating great fruits, the fact of being kind and showing interest in others, makes the difference and this is where I invite you to actively participate in the lives of your friends and all those people you really care about.

El tema de las relaciones interpersonales tiende hacer unos de los más complicados, sino se toman en cuenta las diversas variables que están presente para lograr una conexión efectiva entre las personas.
En este sentido, a través de la historia y de las experiencias de vida, podemos escuchar que uno de los principios básicos en cualquier relación interpersonal, es una comunicación efectiva y clara, obviamente, detrás de este proceso que se escucha tan simple, recae una serie de normativas que son las que verdaderamente genera una complejidad en el proceso. De modo que aspectos como, el escuchar activamente al otro, el ser empático, el asumir y entender las perspectivas y emociones de los demás, son aspecto que tenemos que dominar y tener en cuenta en el tema de las relaciones interpersonales.
Y si a lo anterior, le agregamos lo determinante de la confianza, notamos que construir y mantener relaciones sólidas no es una tarea fácil, sobre esta recae la honestidad y el hecho de mantener tus estándares sociales sumamente elevados.
De igual forma la tolerancia y el respecto son fundamentales, ya que cada persona tiene su personalidad y temperamento y el aceptar estos, así como valorar sus diferencias y creencias, son la clave, de todos aquellos aspectos que debemos saber para poder establecer relaciones verdaderas y duraderas en el tiempo.
Ahora, más allá de lo que debemos conocer, se encuentra lo que puedo y debo hacer y en este sentido, el acto de ser intencionales y de aprender a regar nuestras relaciones son los que determinara el éxito en la misma. Seamos un poco más profundos, imagina el comportamiento humano y las relaciones como un espacio de tierra donde sembraras flores, es evidente que, si este lugar no lo atiendes, rápidamente se llenara de maleza que afectaran el crecimiento de esas flores que tu deseas que crezcan.
Por el contrario, si estás regándolas a diario y combates la maleza, te darás cuenta que esta terminara desapareciendo y en poco tiempo, los hermosos colores de las flores son los únicos que resaltaran, y este comportamiento que para muchos es básico, es crucial para mantener sólidas y verdaderas relaciones, basta con una llamada, unos buenos días, una invitación a cenar e inclusive un ¿cómo has estado? para que la otra persona note que la tienes en cuenta.
Recuerda que cada acción tiene una reacción y las buenas acciones que hoy realizas terminaran generando grades frutos, el hecho de ser amable y demostrar interés por el otro, marca la diferencia y es aquí, donde te invito, a participar activamente en la vida de tus amistades y de todas esas personas que verdaderamente te importan.
Se consiente que los conflictos siempre estarán presentes, incluso los tenemos hasta con nuestros padres, pero es necesario resolverlos de manera constructiva, aprende a dejar el orgullo de lado, porque a la larga este no te llevara a ningún lado, recuerda que las diferencias son normales, pero son nuestras acciones y el cómo las abordamos las que terminan definiendo la calidad de nuestras amistades. En definitiva, tanto el saber cómo el hacer, son valiosos en nuestras relaciones interpersonales y para que estás sean exitosas debemos ser intencionales y actuar en consecuencia.
