¿A quién no le encanta celebrar su cumpleaños? Hoy les voy a compartir sobre un tema que me encanta, el cumpleaños feliz.
Pero antes de hablar del origen del cumpleaños y de algunos eventos que pueden suceder antes de y después de cumplir años hay unas cositas por allí energéticas que son muy interesantes. El día del cumpleaños, es un día lleno de alegrías, regalos y buenos deseos. Pero, ¿sabías que esta fecha tan especial tiene un significado mucho más profundo de lo que imaginamos?
Yo estoy pronto por cumplir años y me voy a conectar con ésto, porque definitivamente es un regalo. Hay gente que se deprime, hay gente que dicen nos estamos poniendo más viejo, blablablá, hay gente que no le gusta los cumpleaños, que no les gusta que los llamen, dicen: “no estoy, de verdad que no quiero saber nada de nada, ni de nadie”; pero bueno cada quien con su locura y cada quien con su manera, en su crecimiento del cómo trabajar su fecha de cumpleaños, pero quiero ir más allá, quiero ir más allá de todas las simbología y la pregunta es:
¿Les ha pasado algo raro antes de su cumpleaños?
Muchas personas experimentan situaciones inusuales antes de cumplir años. Algunas reciben noticias inesperadas, otras tienen cambios en el trabajo o en sus relaciones, e incluso algunas pueden enfrentar desafíos de salud.
Les voy a contar mi historia, hace nueve años que se cumplen ahora el seis o el siete de febrero, tuve con mi esposo un accidente en la autopista en moto, fue de verdad muy fuerte, y el año pasado y tuve una situación verdad que yo creo que fue la que más me impactó porque tuve la quemada a nivel de la cara y fue fuerte muy traumático. Obviamente lo cuento y tengo que trabajar en ese momento, tengo que trabajar cuando sucedió eso porque fue muy muy impactante. Aunque no hay una explicación científica para ésto, muchas culturas creen que estos eventos están relacionados con la energía que se mueve en torno a nuestro cumpleaños. Es como si el universo nos estuviera preparando para un nuevo ciclo.
¡Presta atención a las señales! Recuerdo una vez que a mi hijo le pasó algo y yo le dije, es por que estás a punto de cumplir años. Entonces prestar atención, yo creo que una de las cosas más bonitas que uno puede tener en esta vida es prestar atención a los detalles.
Durante las semanas previas a tu cumpleaños, mantente alerta a las señales que te rodean. Presta atención a tus sueños, a tus intuiciones y a las sincronicidades que se presenten en tu vida. Estos mensajes pueden ofrecerte información valiosa sobre tu camino y el propósito de tu alma.
El día de tu cumpleaños es como un renacimiento. Es un momento para reflexionar sobre el año que termina, agradecer las experiencias vividas y renovar tus metas y sueños para el nuevo ciclo que comienza.
Ojo, ésto no es todo el tiempo que cumplimos años, son como ciclos que se presentan, que son veintiún días antes de cumplir año y veintiún días luego de cumplir años. Estuve viendo que los numerólogos trabajan cincuenta y dos días antes de cumplir años y una semanita después de esta celebración. Bueno ésta energía que se presenta da algunos movimientos hay fuertes, porque el cumpleaños es cuando nuestra alma llega a èsta tierra, llega con un propósito, con una misión, llega a con una energía dual única maravillosa; por eso en astrología nos dicen dónde está tu signo solar, el signo con el cual naciste esa es la energía del yo soy, que irradia calor, que marca la presencia.
Sabían que desde tiempos ancestrales, los cumpleaños han sido considerados momentos de transición y renovación. Se cree que la energía que nos rodea en estos días es muy pura y puede influir en nuestra vida de maneras sorprendentes.
¡Celebra tu cumpleaños con conciencia! La reflexión no es darnos golpes de pecho, castigarnos, ¡No!. Ver lo que aprendí, lo que voy a agradecer, sea bueno o sea malo y lo que quieres.
Porque nacemos ese día otra vez, es ése momento que volvemos al hacer ese día donde a partir de ahora nuestra energía debe ser diferente.
Ésa reflexión, ése valorarnos debe ser consciente porque definitivamente es un día de ser la estrella, es un día donde la gente te dice feliz
cumpleaños, todo es como que muy lindo.
En lugar de simplemente esperar regalos y felicitaciones, los invito a celebrar su cumpleaños de una manera más consciente. Conéctese con su interior, agradezcan las bendiciones en su vida y fíjense nuevas intenciones para el futuro.
Así como año nuevo vida nueva, cuando cumples años también tienes que pensar que quiero cambiar, que quiero mantener y qué definitivamente que ciclo quiero cerrar, porque se completa ese viaje del sol, así cerrar ciclos, se termina, se cierra.
Anteriormente la fiesta del cumpleaños se consideraba una fiesta pagana, los cristianos decían que éso era diabólico, bla bla bla bla bla bla, pero sí se consideraba una fiesta pagana. Pero ¿por qué? ¿qué había detrás de todo esto? ¿porque decían que podía ser una fiesta pagana?
Bueno si vemos la simbología, la torta es circular (antes, porque ahora las tortas pueden ser cuadradas, de estrellas), aunque la torta que recordamos de manera circular. El círculo representa el círculo sagrado, el círculo hace referencia a la placenta, ¿y qué es la placenta? donde estábamos ante de
de nacer, y ésta torta circular es la que va alimentar a mi y también a mis invitados.
Entonces vean qué hermoso es el círculo ( la torta) que brinda protección durante todo ese año hasta que volvamos a cumplir años. Las velas ayudan a alejar a los espíritus negativos, y a darle todas las bendiciones a esa persona en su día. El fuego que purifica, el fuego que se consumióy dejó esa edad atrás, y viene una edad nueva.
El fuego que está iluminando ese momento, y ese fuego que cuando soplo ese humo sagrado envía el mensaje a los dioses que te va a proteger durante todo ese año, pero también en esas velas representa el cordón umbilical que se corta de esa placenta, al momento de apagar las velas.
Es una cosa poética pero hermosísima, entonces es ser conscientes de eso.
También siempre nos dicen “pide un deseo” al momento de soplar las velas; pues en algunas culturas se pide un deseo, en otras piden tres deseos. Lo ideal sería no pedir el deseo con ésas velas mágicas porque el deseo se va al momento de soplar.
El deseo pida lo luego de sopla y ése deseo es tuyo, no debes contarlo porque sino no se va a cumplir. Ése deseo que no vamos a revelar
tiene que ser con intención, estar muy claro para ese momento porque ése deseo es tu oportunidad, así que estudialo bien ya que ése momento no se va a repetir. No sé cuenta el deseo ya que ese es tu día, la energía más pura de ése día es tuya, es tu alma que se manifestó en este plano y ahí sigue con protección, con fuerza pero recuerda ser consciente de toda esta simbología que ha estado.

Medita: Dedica unos minutos a meditar y conectar con tu esencia.
Agradece: Escribe una lista de todas las cosas por las que estás agradecido en tu vida.
Visualiza: Imagina cómo quieres que sea tu vida en el próximo año.
Celebra: Disfruta de la compañía de tus seres queridos y celebra tu vida con alegría.
