Hoy quiero compartir con ustedes un tema que ha tocado mi corazón y es el hecho de ver tantos adultos mayores llegar a esta edad y estar solos, como sin familias que venlen por ellos, aun teniendo hijos, nietos, y demas familiares, Pero al parecer se desentienden de estas personas, por cuanto se vuelven tercas, temáticas con sus propias ideas, hasta olvidan las cosas con facilidad y repiten sus historias de anecdotas muchas veces, como si fuera la primera vez que la contaran, esto pareciera molestar e incomodar a sus acompañantes, que hasta se vuelve insostenible e insoportable y tolerable estar a su lado.
Muchos hijos deciden llevarlos a un lugar llamado geriatrico o casa de albergue, para que otras personas los cuiden o lo que creen que es mejor contratan a una enfermera profesional que los atienda en su propia casa para que se ocupe de todas sus necesidades.
Pero ninguna de estas dos formas antes mecionada llenan el vacio que llegan a tener estos adultos mayores que es de afecto, cariño, amor, abrazos,compañia, atencion por su familia, lo que mas añoran es que los escuchen aunque sea la misma historia de su infancia.
Una muestra de cariño, amor y un abrazo, recarga el alma, llena el tanque de los sentimientos, lo cual produce la felicidad, a las peraonas mayores, Dios le da el privilegio de ser sabios, obtener sabiduria, le consede la bendicion de llegar a los 70 años o los mas robustos llegan hasta 80 a 100 años, ellos no quieren ser carga ni estorbo para nadie, porque ellos reconocen que vivieron sus etapas de la vida.
Un principio de vida es honrar y respetar a los padres, para recibir el regalo de tener larga vida sobre la tierra, esto es una cadena para el ser humano, es por lo que animo a darles atencion y cuidado a tus seres queridos.
Dios me ha regalado la oportunidad de atender a mis abuelos, abuelas, padres y aun a mi suegro, suegra la cual quiero mucho, Aprovecho de compartir una anecdota cuando alguno de ellos se enferma yo soy la que los lleva al medico para su chequeo de rutina y casi siempre consido con un mismo doctor, el cual ya luego hice amistad y el me dijo en una oportunidad que le encantaba el gesto de bondad que yo tenia para con mis familiares de servirles y apoyarles porque eso muy pocas personas lo hacian en este tiempo.
Es por lo que termino con estas lineas para animarte: Retribuye amor a tus adultos mayores como padres, abuelos, dale un poquito de lo que ellos hicieron por ti como muestra de agradecimiento y tu vida sera bendecida y prosperada.
