Hello to all HIVE friends
Quiero compartir con ustedes mi experiencia de hoy, una experiencia que debo agradecer a @Holos-Lotus y a esta maravillosa iniciativa en la que debemos dibujar un Mándala de Bienestar y discúlpenme, pero antes tuve que leer un poco sobre el tema ya que no tenía idea de que era un Mándala y para que servia así que he nutrido mis conocimientos y he conocido un poco mas sobre mi misma a través de esta actividad, y pude involucrar a mi hija Marcela.
I want to share with you my experience today, an experience that I must thank @Holos-Lotus and this wonderful initiative in which we must draw a Wellness Mandala and excuse me, but first I had to read a little on the subject since I had no idea what a Mandala was and what it was for, so I have nurtured my knowledge and I have learned a little more about myself through this activity, and I was able to involve my daughter Marcela.
Supe de la iniciativa gracias a @yonnathang asi que junto a mi esposo y a mi hija buscamos los modelos de mándalas en internet. Leímos un poco y escogimos modelos que nos gustaron y significan algo para cada una, y como se trata de relajarse con la actividad, imprimir los diseños fue la forma mas fácil que se me ocurrió ya que suelo estresarme muy fácil y es lo que no se quiere jeje.
I found out about the initiative thanks to @yonnathang so together with my husband and my daughter we looked for the models of mandalas on the internet. We read a little and chose models that we liked and mean something to each one, and since it is about relaxing with the activity, printing the designs was the easiest way that I could think of since I usually stress very easy and it is what I do not know. want hehe.
Mi elección fue un Mándala en forma de corazón con flores y una mariposa, mi esposo lo miró y dijo "este me gusta porque es como mi corazón contigo (mariposa) y las niñas (las flores)", eso derritió mi corazón así que me puse manos a la obra. Me sentí conectada de alguna forma.
My choice was a Heart-shaped Mandala with flowers and a butterfly, my husband looked at it and said "I like this one because it is like my heart with you (butterfly) and the girls (the flowers ) ", that melted my heart so I got down to work. I felt connected in some way.
Comencé coloreando las hojas en dos tonos de verde, les confieso que no sabía por dónde empezar porque estaba un poco preocupada por tan buenos Mándalas que he visto en la iniciativa pero me animé y seguí dejando un poco de lado los pensamientos negativos.
I began by coloring the leaves in two shades of green, I confess that I did not know where to start because I was a little worried about so good Mandalas that I have seen in the initiative but I was encouraged and kept leaving a little side negative thoughts.
La parte exterior del corazón la coloree de rojo, sabiendo que este es el corazón de mi esposo quise hacerlo un poco real. También le fui dando color a la mariposa que soy yo en este caso así que use mis colores favoritos, casi todos los tonos rosa y lila, pero reconociendo que tengo lados mas claros y mas oscuros.
I colored the outer part of the heart red, knowing that this is my husband's heart, I wanted to make it a little real. I was also giving color to the butterfly that I am in this case so I used my favorite colors, almost all pink and lilac tones, but recognizing that I have lighter and darker sides.
Y aunque se fue la luz, seguí trabajando. Sino se va la luz no me detengo a tomar la foto porque me inspire tanto que seguir coloreando y coloreando, sumergida en pensamientos positivos, pensamientos sobre mi amor, mi familia y sobre todo lo que tengo en mi vida. En un abrir y cerrar de ojos había coloreado la flor grande que representa a mi hija Marcela, su centro amarillo como el sol, como la luz, y rodeada de muchos colores hermosos y llenos de vida.
And even though the power went out, I kept working. If the power goes out, I don't stop to take the photo because it inspires me so much that I keep coloring and coloring, immersed in positive thoughts, thoughts about my love, my family and about everything I have in my life. In the blink of an eye I had colored the large flower that represents my daughter Marcela, its center yellow like the sun, like light, and surrounded by many beautiful and vibrant colors.
La verdad me sorprendió lo motivada que estaba ya que la luz no me detuvo para continuar dibujando mi Mándala de Bienestar y tranquilidad. Normalmente me levanto y me distraigo mucho mientras hago alguna actividad pero para mi sorpresa, no me quise despegar hasta terminar. Quería ver el resultado final pero a la vez no quería terminar de colorear porque me estaba sintiendo tranquilidad y de alguna forma con la mente en blanco, fue como vaciar mi mente de pensamientos, problemas y cosas que me aturden diariamente.
The truth surprised me how motivated I was since the light did not stop me to continue drawing my Mandala of Well-being and tranquility. Normally I get up and get very distracted while doing some activity but to my surprise, I didn't want to take off until I was done. I wanted to see the final result but at the same time I did not want to finish coloring because I was feeling calm and somehow with a blank mind, it was like emptying my mind of thoughts, problems and things that daze me daily.
También rellene el fondo de color rojo, me parece que es color del amor, que refleja esos sentimientos puros y del corazón así que es es color mas apropiado para nuestro mándala, un mándala que encierra todo lo que amo y todo lo importante para mi familia. En este momento me empecé a sentir emocionada y muy satisfecha con lo que estaba haciendo, creo que ni la falta de luz me detuvo para crear un hermoso diseño en el que encuentro paz y amor.
Also fill the background with red, it seems to me that it is the color of love, which reflects those pure feelings and of the heart, so it is the most appropriate color for our mandala, a mandala that encloses everything what I love and everything important to my family. At this moment I began to feel excited and very satisfied with what I was doing, I think that not even the lack of light stopped me from creating a beautiful design in which I find peace and love.
Di los últimos toques de color, rellenar aquí, repasar allá, mirar con detenimiento cada detalle que me hace pensar en lo afortunada que soy al sentir el amor de mi familia y tenerlos a mi lado, sanos, unidos. Ya terminado mi mándala, sólo puedo pensar que es perfecto y lleno de vida para mi. Los 4 representados en un hermoso diseño lleno de color hecho con mis manos.
Give the last touches of color, fill in here, review there, look carefully at every detail that makes me think how lucky I am to feel the love of my family and have them by my side, healthy, united. Once my mandala is finished, I can only think that it is perfect and full of life for me. All 4 represented in a beautiful design full of color made with my hands.
Y al terminar y ver el resultado de mi Mándala, Marcela decidió hacer el suyo. Ella es igual de romántica que yo y escogió un diseño sencillo de corazones, sus favoritos. Poco a poco comenzó a dibujar y a ponerles nombres a los corazones, por ejemplo, el azul es de papá, el amarillo de Miranda, el naranja del abuelo y así sucesivamente. Sin darse cuenta ella estaba sumergida en una especie de hipnosis jajaja, solo enfocada en colorear y darle a cada uno un color representativo.
And when I finished and saw the result of my Mandala, Marcela decided to make hers. She is just as romantic as I am and chose a simple heart design, her favorites. Little by little he began to draw and give names to the hearts, for example, blue is for dad, yellow for Miranda, orange for grandfather and so on. Without realizing it she was submerged in a kind of hypnosis hahaha, only focused on coloring and giving each one a representative color.
Por supuesto, también firmó su trabajo y quiere colgar su dibujo en la nevera. Yo encantada de que ella siempre tenga la iniciativa de unirse a mis actividades y culminarlas siendo una bonita experiencia madre e hija.
Of course, he also signed his work and wants to hang his drawing on the fridge. I am delighted that she always has the initiative to join my activities and end them being a beautiful mother and daughter experience.

Ese es uno de los efectos más encantadores de los mandalas, la capacidad de unirnos en familia a disfrutar de la misma actividad y también esa efecto contagioso de querer continuar haciendo la actividad. Nos agrada que te haya gustado la actividad y que te hayas animado a participar.
Claro siempre y cuanto no lo hagas por hacer, debes tener la intencion de conectarte, de sumergirte y de dejarte llevar. Me encanto y por supuesto lo haria de nuevo, gracias por el apoyo!

Que comentario tan tierno y tan conmovedor, me alegra que hayas sentido el amor de mi familia a traves de mi mandala. Imaginate que mi esposo incluso pensó en hacerse un tatuaje con ese diseño, pero yo le dije que aun no jajaja. No me gustan mucho los tatuajes. Hola amiga que hermoso mandala , definitivamente una maravillosa experiencia de relajación, te felicito por tu fantástica publicación, quede fascinada con los colores y la mariposa que representa la transformación, proyectas afecto, sabiduría y sutileza, tiene razón cuando mencionas que: fue como vaciar mi mente de pensamientos, problemas y cosas que me aturden diariamente, sabias palabras, definitivamente los mandalas son terapéuticos y relajantes, desde aquí te envío un fuerte abrazo virtual, éxitos y bendiciones.
Y eso precisamente es lo que mas me costaba creer, por unos momentos segui segui coloreando y olvide las fotos. Me deje llevar y me gusto muchisimo, poco a poco me solte el cabello, me quede descalza y aunque queria colorear mas, me senti satisfecha al terminar y pa´la cama jajaja.. Gracias por tu lindo comentario, espero que puedas tener una experiencia igual o mejor y que hagamos de esto un habito.
