Ser resolutivo significa tener la capacidad y habilidad para resolver situaciones o problemas en un momento dado, los cuales debemos solucionar, aplicando estrategias que te ayuden para tal acontecimiento sucedido, bien sea, en casa, en el trabajo, con la familia, etc., esa situación puede acabar con la tranquilidad y paz de la persona concernida.

A tal fin, el no poder resolver a tiempo cualquier dificultad nos hace sentir incómodos, angustiados y fracasados. Por otra parte, si el problema a resolver es en colectivo, a la larga esto nos causa mucha impotencia y preocupación, ya que no depende exclusivamente de una persona, sino, de varios su solución, causando estrés y ansiedad.

Hace algunos días, en la institución donde trabajo, tuvimos el caso de un niño que lloraba mucho cuando entraba al salón de clase, en varias oportunidades tanto la maestra como mi persona llamo a su representante, debido a que por algún desajuste en la casa este estudiante no quería venir a la escuela. En ocasiones, como directivo, le sugerí a la maestra y representante, un cambio del alumno a otra sección con otra docente, ya que yo lo veía como un problema de adaptación y quizás le vendría bien con otro grupo de niños, aunque la otra docente que recibiría el cambio estaba renuente en aceptarlo, se pudo solucionar.

Igualmente, conozco personas que tienen una chispa increíble en ser resolutivos, pienso que estos casos son innatos en la persona, hereditarios y tiene que ver con su ADN.

En la vida, hay que aprender a ser resolutivos. Cuando no resolvemos y dejamos que las cosas se acumulen, nos provoca cierto malestar, y este estado de ánimo negativo continúa hasta que no solucionamos el problema. Una vez que lo hacemos, cambia nuestro estado emocional, y nos sentimos tranquilos, en armonía, en paz con nosotros mismos.
In life, you have to learn to be decisive. When we do not resolve and let things accumulate, it causes us some discomfort, and this negative state of mind continues until we solve the problem. Once we do it, our emotional state changes, and we feel calm, in harmony, at peace with ourselves.
