Cuando somos niños creo que la mayoría queremos ser grandes, como nuestros primos o hermanos, pero a medida que avanzamos por la vida y los años empezamos a tener temor a la vejez y la miramos desde lo negativo, como la soledad y los cambios en nuestro aspecto físico.
Hoy en día con tanta migración hemos visto como muchos adultos mayores que soñaron con una vejez feliz, tranquila y en compañía de sus seres queridos, están viviendo solos y llenos de angustia arropados por la situación económica que sus ahorros y pensiones no les alcanza para lo más básico como sus medicamentos y alimentos.

La historia que les vengo a compartir es sobre mi vecina Ydacelia.
Nuestro enamoramiento ( así le digo, cuando me refiero a nuestra amistad) empezó casi siete años, pero pareciera que siempre la tuve en mi vida , ella es de esas personas que llegó a mí vida para cambiar muchas pero si querer cambiarme a mí , me acepta, me apoya, me motiva, me da mucho amor y me inspira.

Ydacelia de casi 82 años, el próximo mes Dios mediante los cumple, años que a llevado muy bien, es de esas personas relajadas y activas, ella se acuesta a las once de la noche después que transmiten la última novela y deja todo en orden, se levanta a las nueve de la mañana a excepción que tenga una deligencia pendiente.
Sus hijas y nietos viven fuera del país, solo tiene un hijo con el cuál vive, pero que tampoco le da mala vida, cada uno en sus cosas. Cocina muy rico y saludable.

A pesar de su edad tiene su mente lúcida, cocina súper delicioso, hace la mejor torta de zanahoria que e probado y el mejor ponche crema, es fanática de la limpieza y el orden, le gusta tener su casa impecable, atiende a sus plantas y todas las tardes sale a caminar, acompañada o sóla.
Juega dominó mejor que yo y eso es decir mucho jajaja, también le gusta jugar damas, loterías, tiene Instagram y siempre está al día con las novedades diarias, ve el programa caso cerrado y se la pasa comentando cuánto episodio pasan sobre sexo es muy atrevida mi vecina, canta tiene una voz preciosa, tiene problemas con la circulación a veces le duelen las piernas pero eso no es impedimento para bailar, en fechas especiales se toma su copa de vino, es tan versátil y ocurrente mi vecina que el año pasado la invitaron para que saliera en un vídeo mensaje de navidad hecho para la ciudad de Maturin , ahí la vimos bailando.
Yo tengo 54 años y mi hija bromea no sé si es cierto que la vecina en espíritu es más joven que yo.
Casi todas las tardes voy a su casa a tomar café y compartir una buena conversación, muchas veces salimos a una heladería a disfrutar de una barquilla no le gusta el chocolate, su sabor favorito es fresa y vainilla, también le gusta ir a los centros comerciales a tomarse un café, es una señora muy activa , comparte con todos los vecinos es muy sociable, agradable y amable y con la que puedes hablar de cualquier tema.
