Los días sábados tengo regularmente mi sesión de biodanza, en principio el tema que iba abordar para esta semana seria el "Yo Soy", un trabajo de identidad en el que enfatizamos mucho en Biodanza, como una arista clave para el Bienestar de las personas.
Sin embargo, el viernes en la noche cuando estaba preparándome para dormir tuve la idea de que debía aprovechar el significado de este día para hacer una sesión que nos conectara con el cosmos, aunque Rolando Toro (creador del sistema de Biodanza) no era un hombre ritualista ni de creencias religiosas, hablaba de que el ser humano tiene 3 niveles en los que trabajar la integración del Ser: consigo mismo, con el(los) otro(s) y con el cosmos (aquello que trasciende lo material y lo que percibimos con los sentidos).
Así que me dispuse a diseñar una nueva sesión que nos llevara a trabajar esos 3 niveles de integración.
Fue una sesión hermosa, donde los participantes pudieron conectar con sus más profundos deseos y anhelos, y más allá de eso, con el reconocimiento como seres perfectos, luminosos, merecederos y plenos.
Durante años vamos acumulando ideas y creencias erróneas, que nos limitan o alejan de nuestro propósito de vida, cuando en realidad nacemos con potenciales únicos e ilimitados para ser hombres y mujeres felices, merecedores de plenitud y abundancia, por ello recordar que vinimos a esta existencia a disfrutar de ese viaje de crecimiento es el objetivo que tenemos en común.
Recordar nuestro origen, descubrir nuestra esencia como seres capaces de vivir integrados en todos los planos de la existencia, sin necesidad de portales e intermediarios, es otro paso en esta evolución de consciencia.
Al final tuvimos unos minutos para escribir un deseo o un mensaje, y luego hacer una danza de Abundancia compartida con la que cerramos la sesión, porque aquello que nos fue dado como don o talento se nos dio para ser compartido con el mundo.

For years we accumulate erroneous ideas and beliefs that limit us or take us away from our purpose in life, when in reality we are born with unique and unlimited potentials to be happy men and women, deserving of fullness and abundance, therefore remembering that we came to this existence to enjoy this journey of growth is the goal we have in common.
Remembering our origin, discovering our essence as beings capable of living integrated in all planes of existence, without the need of portals and intermediaries, is another step in this evolution of consciousness.
At the end we had a few minutes to write a wish or a message, and then do a dance of shared Abundance with which we closed the session, because that which was given to us as a gift or talent was given to us to be shared with the world.
