Hola amigos de la comunidad de Hive, espero se encuentren muy bien el día de hoy, quise hacer este post por qué en Venezuela el día 15 de Marzo se conmemora el día de las personas con Discapacidad. Es importante recordar que antes las personas con alguna discapacidad pasaban una vida bastante solitaria y hasta aisladas de la sociedad ya que para ellos no habían leyes o personas que se pronunciarán para hacer que tuvieran una calidad de vida dentro de lo más normal posible. Todos tenemos en nuestra familia alguna persona con una discapacidad puede ser auditiva, visual, motora o mental y muchas veces sabemos que hay personas que no tienen respeto hacia estos seres humanos que nacieron con alguna diferencia pero que a pesar de eso viven su vida de la mejor forma que pueden y hasta con una mejor actitud que muchos que no tienen ninguna discapacidad.
Hoy en día tener una discapacidad no significa tener una vida diferente a la de los demás, puede que tengan algunas dificultades más visibles o que tengan que tener cuidadores para poder llevar una vida tranquila. En mi caso tengo dos primos con autismo y asperger, uno de ellos es un adolescente que pasó por un proceso difícil al momento de su nacimiento y que le dejó secuelas que aún siguen en su vida, tiene problemas en la comunicación y también tiene autismo pero es un ser humano muy especial y tiene una familia que siempre ha cuidado de él de forma incondicional, a pesar de vivir en su propio mundo él tiene siempre una sonrisa que regalar.
Para las personas con discapacidad es difícil poder integrarse en la sociedad que es bastante hostil y que no entiende cuándo ven a una persona comportarse de una forma diferente, incluso pueden llegar a lastimarlos con palabras y excluirlos por ser diferentes. Hoy en día hay muchas personas luchando para que la discapacidad sea vista de una manera positiva y que las personas que tengan una condición sientan que pueden tener una oportunidad de vivir una vida tranquila y lo más normal posible, entre ellos hay dos jóvenes uno venezolano y una colombiana que han perdido sus extremidades inferiores y demuestran cada día la fortaleza que tienen para continuar con sus vidas y cumplir sus sueños a pesar de tener una discapacidad.
Cada vez que veo una persona con discapacidad en la calle, trabajando, estudiando o haciendo cualquier oficio me siento tan feliz de que puedan llevar una vida dentro de la discapacidad con mucha fuerza y valentía, hay personas que no poseen ninguna discapacidad pero tienen una mala actitud y van por la vida destruyendo a los demás, estás personas posiblemente fueron lastimados en su infancia o han pasado por situaciones difíciles pero no hay justificación para comportarse de mala manera solo porque no se sienten bien con la vida que tienen. A pesar de esto aún quedan personas amables y de buenos sentimientos que hacen sentir a los menos escuchados, que aún tienen una vida a pesar de su discapacidad y que sin importar lo que otros piensen la discapacidad no hace menos a un ser humano.
Hay muchas personas que me inspiran cómo elcaminodediego quien es un adolescente con una enfermedad rara que lucha todos los días por vivir a pesar de tener que enfrentar desafíos diarios para poder llevar su vida lo más normal posible y que además cuenta con una familia que lo aman de una forma que han logrado superar cada obstáculo que se les han presentado. Todos los días pienso en que estás personas tienen una razón por la que llegaron a este mundo, para cambiar la vida de sus seres queridos y para hacer ver a las personas que todos somos especiales y que debemos ser más compasivos y tener respeto por lo que otros viven cada día. Son seres especiales que a pesar de tener que luchar diariamente siempre tienen una sonrisa en sus rostros.

It is important to remember that people with disabilities used to live a very lonely life and even isolated from society because for them there were no laws or people who would speak out to make them have a quality of life as normal as possible. We all have in our family a person with a disability, be it hearing, visual, motor or mental and many times we know that there are people who have no respect for these human beings who were born with a difference but despite that they live their lives the best way they can and even with a better attitude than many who do not have any disability.
Nowadays having a disability does not mean having a different life from others, they may have some more visible difficulties or they may have to have caregivers to be able to lead a quiet life. In my case I have two cousins with autism and asperger's, one of them is a teenager who went through a difficult process at the time of his birth and that left sequels that still continue in his life, he has communication problems and also has autism but he is a very special human being and has a family that has always taken care of him unconditionally, despite living in his own world he always has a smile to give.
For people with disabilities it is difficult to integrate into society, which is quite hostile and does not understand when they see a person behaving in a different way, they can even hurt them with words and exclude them for being different. Today there are many people fighting for disability to be seen in a positive way and that people who have a condition feel they can have a chance to live a quiet life and as normal as possible, among them there are two young Venezuelan and a Colombian who have lost their lower limbs and demonstrate every day the strength they have to continue with their lives and fulfill their dreams despite having a disability.
Every time I see a person with a disability in the street, working, studying or doing any job I feel so happy that they can lead a life within the disability with a lot of strength and courage, there are people who do not have any disability but have a bad attitude and go through life destroying others, these people were possibly hurt in their childhood or have gone through difficult situations but there is no justification to behave badly just because they do not feel good about the life they have. Despite this there are still kind and good feeling people who make the lesser ones feel heard, that they still have a life despite their disability and that no matter what others think disability does not make a human being less.
There are many people who inspire me like elcaminodediego who is a teenager with a rare disease who fights every day to live despite having to face daily challenges in order to lead his life as normal as possible and who also has a family that loves him in a way that they have managed to overcome every obstacle that has been presented to them. Every day I think that these people have a reason why they came to this world, to change the lives of their loved ones and to make people see that we are all special and that we should be more compassionate and have respect for what others live every day. They are special beings who despite having to struggle daily always have a smile on their faces.
