Hola amigos de la comunidad de Holos & Lotus espero se encuentren muy bien. El día de hoy quiero expresar mi opinión personal acerca del post de nuestro amigo @bonzopoe71 dónde nos habla acerca del poder de la lectura para enriquecer nuestros conocimientos y aprender de una forma que nunca pueda ser olvidada, leer es una camino que siempre nos llevará a entrar en mundos desconocidos en los cuales reflexionaremos y analizaremos historias de otros y hasta personales. A veces me encuentro en un bloqueo lector, donde no consigo encariñarme con las cientos de historias que hay escritas en estos últimos años. Sin embargo, aún así, pienso que leer tiene tantas cosas buenas que darnos. Desde pequeños aprendemos a leer y nos interesamos por descubrir historias que nos atrapan.

Uno de mis escritores favoritos es John Green. ¿Por qué? One of my favorite writers is John Green. Why? Because he has a way of expressing emotions and moments of drama and life that make me feel like I'm writing a story about my life. Sometimes reading his books takes me back to my teenage years when it was fashionable to read "Under the Same Star". Then I discovered a little more about him, like the book "Will Grayson, Will Grayson", where he tells us the story of two young people with the same name who are at a stage in their lives where they don't know what to do and who meet by chance. Also, I found the book "A Thousand Times Forever", which tells us about a girl who has an anxiety disorder and is usually very afraid of making mistakes. It is quite an interesting book. Basically, with John Green I discovered that I liked the world of reading and that I loved to read about the lives of others and the problems we human beings face day by day. Through his stories, I was able to connect with the characters and empathize with them. It also made me realize the importance of expressing our emotions and our vulnerabilities.

Por último, pero no menos importante, la lectura nos ayuda a aprender cosas nuevas. A través de los libros, podemos adquirir conocimientos en diferentes áreas, desde historia y ciencia, hasta filosofía y psicología. It allows us to connect with others, helps us relax, stimulates our imagination, improves our communication and helps us learn new things. Reading is a gift that we should appreciate and enjoy every chance we get.
