Cada comienzo de año acostumbro trazar las grandes líneas de acción que me conduzcan a alcanzar las metas. Es una práctica que realizo desde unos cuantos años, al comienzo eran deseos e ideas que anunciaba a mis familiares y amigos para luego irse transformando en todo un plan de vida. Recuerdo como por allá en el año 1996 formule un plan que denomine lideres 2010 en cuál detallaba una serie de acciones que me permitirían alcanzar unas metas trazadas. La experiencia de la vida me ha llevado ahora a trazar metas más concretas y realizables en el lapso de tiempo de un año. Gracias a la iniciativa de @holos-lotus hoy les voy a compartir mis cinco metas para este 2022.
Every beginning of the year I usually draw the great lines of action that will lead me to achieve my goals. It is a practice that I have been doing for a few years, at the beginning they were wishes and ideas that I announced to my family and friends and then they became a whole life plan. I remember how back in 1996 I formulated a plan that I called leaders 2010 in which I detailed a series of actions that would allow me to achieve set goals. The experience of life has now led me to set more concrete and achievable goals in the space of a year. Thanks to the initiative of @holos-lotus, today I am going to share my five goals for this 2022.
- Lograr que mi libro: EL LÍDER COACH ESCUCHANDO PARA ACTUAR se consolide como uno de los 1000 libros de consultoría en materia de liderazgo. Con apenas dos meses de publicado en la plataforma Amazon.com se encuentra ubicado en el puesto 1921. Pienso desarrollar una estrategia de marketing tanto en las redes sociales como para la venta en físico del libro. A pesar de ver muy sencilla esta meta requiere de dedicación, constancia y de un buen servicio de internet.
- Make my book: THE COACH LEADER LISTENING TO ACT as one of the 1000 leadership consulting books. With just two months of publication on the Amazon.com platform, it is located in the 1921 position. I plan to develop a marketing strategy both in social networks and for the physical sale of the book. Despite seeing this goal very simple, it requires dedication, perseverance and a good internet service.
- Aumentar mi escalafón en HIVE. Todo usuario cuando comienza en esta valiosa plataforma se le asigna un número el cual representa tu reputación en la plataforma. Es la forma de medir la percepción que tienen otros usuarios de tu blog. Actualmente, tengo el escalafón número 61 aspiro llegar al final del año en el nivel 65. Para lo cual debo retomar mi ritmo de publicaciones. Mejorar la interacción con otros usuarios haciendo más y mejores cometarios de los miles de interesantes publicaciones que se encuentran en HIVE.
- Increase my ranks in HIVE. Every user when he starts on this valuable platform is assigned a number which represents your reputation on the platform. It is the way to measure the perception that other users have of your blog. Currently, I have the ranking number 61 and aspire to reach the end of the year at level 65. For which I must resume my rhythm of publications. Improve interaction with other users by making more and better comments on the thousands of interesting publications found on HIVE.
- Dictar una certificación en LÍDER COACH. Luego de un par de años dedicado por completo a la fundamentación teórica y escritura de mi primogénita obra literaria es tiempo de volver a las aulas de clases. Aspiro lanzar al mercado en el segundo semestre de este año una Acción de Formación denominada Certificación en Líder Coach, con unas 120 horas académicas en la cual el participante adquiera las habilidades y herramientas para mejorar su liderazgo.
- Dictate a certification in LEADER COACH. After a couple of years dedicated entirely to the theoretical foundation and writing of my first-born literary work, it is time to return to the classrooms. I aspire to launch into the market in the second semester of this year a Training Action called Certification in Leader Coach, with about 120 academic hours in which the participant acquires the skills and tools to improve his leadership.
- Continuar con el estudio y mejoramiento continuo. Dos grandes temas han ocupado mis horas de lectura diaria, LA CONDUCTA HUMANA Y LA COMUNICACIÓN ORGANIZACIONAL Y POLÍTICA. Son dos tópicos de una riqueza inigualable que están en plena ebullición. Cada día más investigadores se suman a descubrir nuevas tendencias, de nuevos efectos en la sociedad cuando se modifican las conductas humanas o simplemente se mejora la comunicación entre las personas.
- Continue with the study and continuous improvement. Two major themes have occupied my daily reading hours, HUMAN CONDUCT AND ORGANIZATIONAL AND POLITICAL COMMUNICATION. They are two topics of unequaled richness that are in full swing. Every day more researchers join to discover new trends, of new effects on society when human behaviors are modified or communication between people is simply improved.
- Ser una mejor persona. La preparación continua, la meditación diaria sobre como he actuado me llevan a formularme muchas interrogantes ¿Qué cosas he dejado de hacer o decir?, ¿Qué debo mejorar?, ¿Qué haré distinto este año?. La pandemia me ha servido para comprender aún más lo efímero que es la vida, que en apenas unos días, en una hora, cambia la composición de una familia. Que muchas personas perdieron a sus seres queridos y no pudieron expresarle sus sentimientos. Si he fallado en algo, si mi conducta ha ocasionado tristeza, dolor a mis seres queridos no les pido perdón, pero si les digo que haré grandes esfuerzos por ser una mejor persona.
- Be a better person. The continuous preparation, the daily meditation on how I have acted lead me to ask myself many questions. What things have I stopped doing or saying? What should I improve? What will I do differently this year? The pandemic has helped me to understand even more how ephemeral life is, that in just a few days, in an hour, the composition of a family changes. That many people lost their loved ones and could not express their feelings. If I have failed in something, if my behavior has caused sadness, pain to my loved ones, I do not ask for their forgiveness, but if I tell them that I will make great efforts to be a better person.
