Ser excesivamente resolutivo, ¿Ventaja o desventajas? [ESP-ENG]

Hola querida comunidad de @holoslotus, tenía meses sin pasarme por aquí y es que a veces las ocupaciones y el cansancio ganan tanto que solo nos da para votar algunos post y ya, pero ahora que tuve más calma me pasee por la comunidad y me fijé en esta iniciativa que me pareció interesante y no quise perder la oportunidad de hacer mi reflexión al respecto.

Muchas personas hablan de la importancia de ser resolutivo en esta vida, andamos con la típica frase <> y es que hacemos énfasis en la importancia de resolver, de saber encontrar solución asertiva a los problemas o inconvenientes, que caemos en el señalamiento por los que no resuelven o los que dejan que cada quién hagan sus cosas, y como yo soy a mi manera, terminó yéndome, por otro lado, y me sale la interrogante.

¿Qué pasa con las personas que son excesivamente resolutivas? Me refiero a aquellas que todo lo quieren resolver, que no dejan para nadie, que el nivel de control es tan fuerte, que todo lo quieren solucionar por ellos mismos y por nadie más. ¿Es una ventaja o desventaja?

Many people talk about the importance of being decisive in this life, we go around with the typical phrase <> and we emphasize the importance of solving, of knowing how to find an assertive solution to problems or inconveniences, and we fall into pointing out those who do not solve or those who let everyone do their own thing, and as I am my own way, I ended up leaving, on the other hand, and I ask myself the question.

What happens with people who are excessively resolute? I am referring to those who want to solve everything, who do not leave anything for anyone, whose level of control is so strong that they want to solve everything for themselves and no one else. Is this an advantage or a disadvantage?

Confieso que al ser una persona controladora y no en el punto de saberlo todo, sino de resolverlo todo, a raíz de eso empezamos a caer en las de desventajas de ser resolutivo, ya que nos empezamos a estresar si las cosas no se resuelven en el tiempo que uno quiere, como uno quiere y siente que no lo está logrando. Si a eso le sumamos que todo lo queremos resolver y si al finalizar el día faltaron cosas, nos sentimos incompetente.

Para mí todo lo descrito en el párrafo anterior es una realidad que afecta a muchos, desde el punto de vista psicológico y familiar, porque también caemos en que somos los únicos que podemos y no cedemos.

For me everything described in the previous paragraph is a reality that affects many, from the psychological and family point of view, because we also believe that we are the only ones who can and do not give in.

Ahora está la otra cara de la moneda, los que no resuelven y esperan que otros lo hagan. Eso les puede crear una ventaja en no tener que esforzarse por nada, pero también hará que los demás se alejen o no tomen en cuenta a las personas así. Todo terminan en caos.

Me impresiona y alabo a esas personas que saben cuáles son sus limitaciones y en qué pueden o no pueden ayudar. Esas personas son las que creo que saben cómo ir llevando o manejando su capacidad de ser resolutivo. Es que a veces confundimos que ser resolutivo es ajuro que nosotros con nuestras propias manos debemos hacer las cosas y olvidamos que cuando delegamos, también estamos resolviendo.

I am impressed and praise those people who know what their limitations are and what they can or cannot help with. Those people are the ones that I believe know how to manage their ability to be decisive. Sometimes we confuse that being decisive means that we must do things with our own hands and we forget that when we delegate, we are also solving.

Que cuando no sabemos algo, pero sabemos quién si sabe y lo decimos, estamos siendo resolutivo al remitir a otra persona con más experiencia o recomendar lo que otra persona necesita.

Mi conclusión es que ser excesivamente resolutivo es una desventaja, ya que debemos elegir cuando y como ser resolutivo, estar consiente si eso que tenemos o queremos resolver lo haremos de una manera precisa y sin poner en riesgo nuestra salud metal ( mayormente es lo que termina sucediendo), sino simplemente soltar, porque definitivamente no se puede estar en todo.

My conclusion is that being excessively decisive is a disadvantage, since we must choose when and how to be decisive, be aware if what we have or want to solve we will do it in a precise way and without risking our metal health (mostly is what ends up happening), but simply let go, because you definitely can not be in everything.

Ser resolutivo va de la mano con saber resolvernos a nosotros mismo y nuestra paz.

Being resolute goes hand in hand with knowing how to resolve ourselves and our peace.
