La felicidad es el estado emocional de una persona, es esa sensación que sentimos a la hora de sentirnos alegres por una u otra razón, ese estado de ánimo lo podemos sentir en cualquier momento de nuestras vidas, yo creo que una persona no necesita de otra para ser feliz, la felicidad es algo que sólo puede depender de nosotros mismos.
Pero realmente que me hace feliz?
1-. La vida, el hecho de estar viva, sana, eso me hace feliz, porque puedo caminar, respirar, amar, saltar, cantar, abrazar, son cosas que agradezco todos los días a Dios y eso es algo que me hace muy. ,muy feliz.
Happiness is the emotional state of a person, is that feeling that we feel when we feel happy for one reason or another, that mood we can feel at any time of our lives, I believe that a person does not need another to be happy, happiness is something that can only depend on ourselves.
But what really makes me happy?
1-. Life, the fact of being alive, healthy, that makes me happy, because I can walk, breathe, love, jump, sing, hug, are things that I thank God every day and that is something that makes me very, very happy. Very happy.
2-. Mis hijos, tengo dos hijos adolescentes, tenerlos a mi lado y disfrutar de ellos todos los días me hace feliz, cocinar para ellos, compartir con ellos, aconsejarlos son cosas que disfruto mucho, que ellos me abracen y me digan todos los días que me adoran, me hace feliz, verlos disfrutar de la vida, verlos vivos y sanos, es algo que agradezco todos los días.
3-. Mi madre, yo a mí mamá la adoro con todo mi corazón, a pesar de que fue una mujer poco afectiva, siempre vi en ella esas ganas de estar con nosotras, de llevarnos por buen camino, de cuidarnos, me hace feliz cuando ella viene a visitarme, que no es todos los días, pero siempre que viene nunca llega con las manos vacías, llamarla todos los días y escuchar su voz también me hace muy feliz.
2-. My children, I have two teenage children, having them by my side and enjoying them every day makes me happy, cooking for them, sharing with them, advising them are things I enjoy very much, having them hug me and tell me every day that they adore me, makes me happy, seeing them enjoy life, seeing them alive and healthy, is something I am grateful for every day.
3-. My mother, I adore my mother with all my heart, even though she was not an affectionate woman, I always saw in her that desire to be with us, to take us on the right path, to take care of us, it makes me happy when she comes to visit me, which is not every day, but whenever she comes she never arrives empty-handed, calling her every day and hearing her voice also makes me very happy.
4-. Mi familia, cada día que pasa los amo más y más, agradezco siempre por esta familia tan maravillosa que Dios me dió, compartir con ellos aunque no es todos los días me hace muy feliz, dice un texto biblico de las escrituras, no sé si han tenido la oportunidad de leerlo, ´ Mirad cúan bueno y delicioso es habitar los hermanos juntos y en armonía´´siempre contentos, sin egoísmo, dispuestos a ayudar y a tender una mano amiga a quien lo necesite, y es que la familia es ese grupo de personas que están dispuestos a estar con nosotros en las buenas y en las malas, que no te critican ni te juzgan sino que siempre están allí para darte un buen consejo y esto además de un buen abrazo, tener a una familia unida como la que Dios me regaló me hace inmensamente FELIZZZ.
