In my case I can say that it depends on the occasion, that is, sometimes to avoid the other person to speak or just let the other start, I tend not to give the initiative, not to guide or give my opinion, I prefer to listen and analyze the situation, but really happens to me these cases is because my self-esteem is low and I collapse, I prefer to go unnoticed and prevent others from being guided by what I say, I take refuge only in my own things without affecting others, it is really not right, because no matter how painful or low self-esteem I may have, you have to get ahead, motivate yourself and speak with basis, be an inspiration to others.
That is why, another case is when I motivate myself, depending on the topic or situation I like to support and take the lead in it, I imagine it is when one has the confidence and strength to motivate there one does it, because you also have to know what you are talking about, what you want to get to and how you can help with it, not to talk for the sake of talking, but to be the basis for the person who listens to you and wants to follow you can find confidence in himself and feel a support to move forward with their things. Being a beacon of light in this life is something that requires commitment and wisdom, because you have to consider that words, as well as help can destroy, so you can not say or do something lightly.
