Tiny Visitors

in Visual Shots16 hours ago (edited)

There’s something inexplicable about lizards — something inexplicably alien. As if they don’t belong in this world.

Especially when they’re tiny. There’s nothing unnecessary about them yet — just an uncanny precision in their movements, an unblinking gaze, and a strange stillness. As if everything around them is temporary, while their real home lies somewhere beyond the visible.

Sometimes it feels like they’re simply waiting for the right moment to disappear as quietly as they appeared.

Paphos, Cyprus.
