In the shooting of a videoclip

A few months ago I had the opportunity to record a video clip for an artist named Danny Pryp, which is a person who has been around for quite some time, but is still looking to find his way in the long and complicated world of music. His style of music has gone through several stages, starting from opera to the current genre of trap music. As an artist he has managed to win several awards for his songs and for the artistic videos he has made. That's why I was very excited to participate in this project as part of his team, as it may be something that can call more jobs in the production company where I work.

In the shooting there were many funny situations, where I rescue one in particular that was in a moment of rest the artist fell asleep in the middle of the shooting while the technical team was coordinating the lights and the camera (and we already had a long day of work), to which the singer was tied and sitting on a chair where he could not even move to go to the bathroom; once lights and camera were in place, a lot of sexy girls came in dancing provocatively around him, to which the singer came out of his sleep to continue with his performance. Yes, it sounds very weird, but that's what the video's story merited.

The video is still in the process of editing and post production, but in the meantime, I was given permission to post some photos I took of the dancers who participated in the video and some behind the scenes photos.

Hace unos meses tuve la oportunidad de grabar un video clip para un artista llamado Danny Pryp, el cual es una persona que lleva bastante tiempo en el medio, pero que aún está en búsqueda de encontrar su camino en el largo y complicado mundo de la música. Su estilo de música ha pasado por varias etapas, iniciando en la opera hasta llegar en la actualidad al género de la música trap. Como artista ha logrado ganar varios premios por sus canciones y por los videos artísticos que ha realizado. Es por ello que me emocionaba mucho participar en este proyecto como parte de su equipo, ya que puede ser algo que logre llamar más trabajos en la productora en la que trabajo.

En el rodaje sucedieron muchas situaciones graciosas, donde rescato una en particular que fue en un momento de descanso el artista se quedó dormido a mitad del rodaje mientras el equipo técnico coordinábamos las luces y la cámara (y es que ya llevábamos un larga jornada de trabajo), a lo que el cantante estaba atado y sentado a una silla donde no podía ni siquiera moverse para ir al baño; una vez que luces y cámara estaban colocadas en su sitio, un montón de chicas sexys entraban bailando provocativamente alrededor de él, a lo que el cantante salía de su sueño para seguir con su actuación. Si, suena muy raro, pero eso es lo que ameritaba la historia del video.

El video aún está en proceso de edición y postproducción, pero mientras tanto, se me dio el permiso de publicar algunas fotos que les hice a las bailarinas que participaron en el video y algunos detrás de cámara.
