Unexpected Sunset Shots
(Inesperadas tomas del atardecer)
In many occasions we tend to capture good moments unexpectedly, photographs that are not planned, we are simply in the right place at the right time and of course with our camera at hand. Here is a sample of this.
En muchas ocasiones solemos captar buenos momentos de forma imprevista, fotografías que no son planeadas, simplemente estamos en el lugar indicado en el momento justo y por supuesto con nuestra cámara a la mano. Acá les presento una muestra de ello.
This day as usual I went to pick up my son from school and while we were returning home the sky gave us these scenarios, I happened to have my camera in my bag with my 55-200mm lens, this time I matched the moment and the equipment.
I told him to take some pictures while we were watching the sunset in the background between the buildings.
Este día como de costumbre fuí a buscar a mi hijo al colegio y mientras regresábamos a casa el cielo nos regaló estos escenarios, casualmente tenía mi cámara en mi bolso con mi lente 55-200mm, ésta vez coincidí con el momento y el equipo.
Le dije que tomemos algunas fotos mientras veíamos el atardecer al fondo entre los edificios.
The light was very intense even though it was not even 6 o'clock in the evening, as it usually happens in these autumn times in Buenos Aires. We walked through the metrobus area of the city and I also captured the passage of some people.
The public transport is very busy at this time, many people circulate through the neighborhood and that can be seen in these photographs.
La luz era muy intensa a pesar de que no siquiera eran las 6 de la tarde, ya en estos tiempos de otoño suele suceder en Buenos Aires. Caminamos por la zona del metrobus de la ciudad y capturé además el paso de algunas personas.
El transporte público de pasajeros es muy concurrido a esta hora, muchas personas circulan por el barrio y eso puede notarse en estás fotografías.
For me it is the best time to take pictures, in many styles, including urban portraits, something I have pending to do when time allows me, also architectural photography, black and white and others.
Para mí es el mejor momento para tomar fotos, en muchísimos estilos, incluso para retratos urbanos, algo que tengo pendiente hacer cuando el tiempo me lo permita, también la fotografía de arquitectura, blanco y negro y otros más.
This is the view of the city on Cabildo Avenue in Belgrano neighborhood through my lens. The urbanism of the federal capital at rush hour coupled with this wonderful sunset.
Ésta es la vista de la ciudad en la avenida Cabildo en el barrio de Belgrano a través de mi lente. El urbanismo de la capital federal en hora pico unido a este maravilloso atardecer.

Gracias a gente como vos con el paso del tiempo se logran tener capturas super interesantes, no me cabe duda que en unos 50 años vamos a comparar lo real de ese momento con estas imágenes y muchas cosas habrán cambiado.
