¡Cómo están! Hoy les traigo unas fotos de un asado bien fueguino. Las fotos las tomé de un asado que hizo mi madre y mi hermano cuando llegue de viaje. Esta es una muestra de la parrilla con la carne ya cocinada. Con varios cortes de carne, morcilla, pollo, y los chorizos. Hay que darles vuelta cada cierto tiempo para que se doren por ambos lados y no pierdan su jugo. También hay que tener cuidado con los chorizos de no apretarlos o pincharlos con el tenedor, porque eso hace que se escape el líquido de grasa, lo cual puede prender las llamas y se queme todo el asado, en este caso no está quemado, sino que aumente el contraste y baje los negros con la edición xD. ¡Hasta las próximas capturas! I took the photos of a barbecue that my mother and my brother made when I arrived from a trip.
This is a sample of the grill with the meat already cooked. With various cuts of meat, morsilla, chicken, and chorizos. You have to turn them every so often so that they brown on both sides and do not lose their juice. You also have to be careful with the chorizos not to squeeze them or prick them with the fork, because that causes the fat liquid that sets the flames to escape and burns the entire roast, in this case it is not burned but rather increases the contrast and lower the blacks with the edition xD.
