I’ve been MIA for almost a month, and it wasn’t without reason. It started with a terrible cold, and just as I was beginning to recover, I had to undergo an endoscopy for some ongoing stomach issues. Shortly after that, I caught a severe viral infection that completely drained me.
Following my doctor’s advice, I got my vitamin levels tested, and both Vitamin B12 and D3 turned out to be quite low. I was put on injections, but instead of feeling better, my cough began to worsen. I consulted another general physician who prescribed multiple medications...antibiotics, vitamin C, Levolin, and Budecort. I’m relieved I didn’t take the Budecort, because even Levolin alone made my cough worse.
Once the antibiotics were over, I decided to step back from unnecessary medication and focus on simple remedies like gargles. Experiences like these make you realise how casually medicines are sometimes prescribed, often when they aren’t truly needed.
My immunity has taken a serious hit, so I’ve been extremely cautious...no outside food, no shortcuts, just trying to heal slowly. The cough still lingers, but I’m giving my body the time it needs.
In the middle of all this, I had pending client work that required changes. Somehow, even on my worst days, I pushed through and completed everything and thankfully, the clients were happy. That alone gave me some relief.
I was genuinely upset about disappearing for so long without posting, but today, I’m finally showing up again..slowly, honestly, and with gratitude for making it through.

Incredible place. I like how these structures are made with rocks. They look like walls, but I'm not sure.
