Some time ago In the burned forest - the endless power of a single image.

in Visual Shots10 days ago

I spent the whole day in the mountains of Jerusalem. By the weather forecast it should be rainy and between nice and cold. But somehow the nature gods ruined my "vision" (hate saying this)... It was sunny, almost without clouds, absolutely without fog. No drama, no wind, no disaster. Just a waste of time. Yes, i know - the relaxation, silence around, very clear breathing ans a long walk - all these an amazing components of the healthy future, but I ordered some DRAMA !
The only good thing - i finally finished the 4rd roll of the medium format film of the people's portrait i'm photographing exclusively on my Fuji GA645. I will develop it tomorrow. I believe so.

Here is the same area just a few years ago. Can I ask for something like this to happen again, please?

thank you Dimas

One day I met an old man who said to me, “I was told that you write stories, so I want to tell you a tragic story that happened to me when I was young.” For a strange reason, the artist is very close to drama. jajaja. This image makes me wonder: what does that man see in the middle of the white, that made him stop in the middle of those famelic trees from the cold. Nice photo, my friend. Regards

hehe Drama drives artists.
probably she saw this amount of the white snow for the first time.
in my country its happening very sometimes. and if, so always in very far and high places.
this time at was too close to the living place
thank you for the attention Nancy

Gee, certainly that time of your photo was indeed “Drama” my friend.... I'm just preparing a post about trees in deciduous forest, but that photo of yours is “a level more than high” ... So my defoliated trees won't look as visually stunning as yours! hehehehe :)) A round of applause as always to your work dear @victorbz friend!!!!!

hey brother.
the forest was burned half year before the snowfall. all the ground was completely empty of bushes, small plants and a grass. And then this snowfall covered everything and the only black trunks reminded us that it was a forest before all this DRAMATIC incident
thank you for the beautiful words.
will wait for your trees !
