No hay sordera e indiferencia
que ignore el grito de Justicia

No hay prepotente voluntad
capaz de callar la exigencia
de reformas

No hay intransigente fanatismo
que se oponga a la sabia prudencia

No hay hombre corrompido
capaz de dominar al salvaje
galopar de la humana historia

There is no overbearing will
able to silence the demand
reform

There is no intransigent fanaticism
who opposes the wise
prudence

There is no corrupted man
