In lands afar, 'neath starry skies,
Two souls apart, yet hearts arise.
Bound by distance, but not in soul,
Their love endures, a burning coal.
As daylight fades and moonlight gleams,
Their love persists, beyond all seams.
Through every night, through every day,
Their passion's flame will find its way.
Though miles apart, their spirits soar,
In dreams they meet and long for more.
In hope they wait, for fate to show,
Until they hold, and never let go.
So in the quiet of their yearning sighs,
They dream of when they'll reunite.
Hand in hand, they'll stand the test,
In love's embrace, forever blessed.
In fernem Land, im Lichtermeer,
Zwei Seelen sich im Herzen schwer.
Getrennt durch Raum, doch nicht im Geist,
Die Liebe stark, trotzdem verreist.
Die Sonne sinkt, der Mond erwacht,
Doch ihre Liebe bleibt unverzagt.
Durch jede Nacht, durch jeden Tag,
Ihr Feuer brennt, voll Leidenschaft.
Entfernung mag die Körper trennen,
Doch ihre Seelen stets verbrennen.
Im Traum vereint, im Herzen nah,
Bis sie sich endlich wiedersehen, ja!
So leben sie in Sehnsucht still,
Doch hoffend auf des Schicksals Spiel.
Bis sie sich halten, Hand in Hand,
Vereint im Liebesglück im selben Land.
