Because we have allowed it with our silence and others helping the harasser because he is a friend or he is nice or he is the judge's son or he is rich or he is a man, it is an excuse to cover macho and sick behaviors.

Most girls are not able to speak because of threats and of course, the derogatory questions asked by the PD(police department). I've witnessed a girl being asked what kind of clothes she wore on the day of the hateful event.
I just wish these sickos are brought to justice.
