I believe that there is no better way to face fears than living them in the flesh, as they say. I am not very convinced that there are people who in some way or another we feel that they accompany us in lonely moments and especially at night, but perhaps in absolute solitude any noise can be interpreted as the presence of someone.
Creo que no hay mejor manera de enfrentar los miedos que viviéndolos en carne propia como se suele decir. No estoy muy convencido de que existan personas que de alguna u otra manera sintamos que nos acompañan en momentos solos y sobre todo de noche, pero quizás en la soledad absoluta cualquier ruido se puede interpretar como la presencia de alguien.
Many times those little noises or feelings are provoked by our mind, the same happens when at night we look at the background and there seems to be something, and it turns out that this something does not really exist, but our mind creates it to make us feel accompanied, but with fear we can interpret it as something out of the ordinary.

I wanted to do a night exploration of a place near my house that has been abandoned for quite some time, the neighbors who live closest to the house say that at night they hear voices. I find it hard to believe, so I and a friend of mine, whom I had to convince to accompany me, we went in and wanted to live that experience. I wouldn't do it alone, I wouldn't even go near the place during the day, imagine at night, much less.
Quise hacer una exploración de noche por un sitio cerca de casa que está abandonado desde hace un buen tiempo, los vecinos que viven más cerca a la casa dicen que de noche se escuchan voces. Me cuesta creerlo, por eso yo y un amigo mío, al que tuve que convencer para que me acompañara, nos adentramos y quisimos vivir esa experiencia. Solo no lo haría, ni siquiera me acercaría de día al lugar imagínate de noche, mucho menos.

Empacamos dos mochilas, dentro llevábamos una cámara y varias linternas con pilas recargables, nos harían mucha falta para alumbrar el sitio por dentro y ver absolutamente todo, llevamos guantes y botas especiales para estos sitios, una chaqueta manga larga y pantalones largos, cascos, por si acaso al momento de correr nos caíamos protegernos o en caso de algún desprendimiento de alguna parte de la casa, ya que su estado es bastante deplorable, según nos cuentan los vecinos.
In the backpack we also equipped each one with microphones to record absolutely everything we could, from the moment we entered to the moment we left. We also had to warn the neighbors that we were going to enter and more or less the time we estimated to be in there, so that in case something happened to us after the time, they would come to our rescue, I do not think it would happen, but it is better to be safe.

We got out of the car, closed the gate and entered through a hole in the fence, the only legal access to the house. We started our tour walking to the right, in that corridor we saw 3 holes, none of them had a door, they were two rooms and a bathroom, the rooms had the wood of the bed on the floor all destroyed, there was no mattress, surely they had already taken it away, the roof of one of them was completely destroyed, There were chairs without legs, a board that seemed to be from a medium sized table, there were magazines and newspapers dated 1982, perhaps the last one they read that year.
Comenzamos nuestro recorrido caminando hacia la derecha, en ese pasillo vimos 3 huecos, ninguno tenía puerta, se trataba de dos cuartos y un baño, los cuartos tenían las maderas de la cama en el suelo todas destrozadas, no había colchón seguramente ya se la habían llevado, el techo de uno de ellos estaba completamente destruido, solo quedaban los pilares de cemento al aire libre, y el otro techo comido por la humedad, sorpresivamente se mantenía, pero tenía pinta de que no le faltaba mucho para que se cayera, habían sillas sin patas, una tabla que parecía ser de una mesa mediana, habían revistas y periódicos que tenían fecha de 1982, quizás sea la última que leyeron de ese año.

La cerámica que cubría las paredes estaba en su mayoría en el suelo destrozado en pequeños pedazos y el resto estaba pegado pero lleno de mohos y una gran capa de polvo, no tenía ventana, por cierto, solo un pedazo de cartón que hacía de ventana. Saliendo de ahí escuchamos un ruido, como si hubieran tirado algo.

It was time to go to the left wing of the house, with caution because there were leaks and it could be slippery, although with the boots we were safe it was better to be safe.
Enseguida nos volvimos a meter en el baño, preguntamos si había alguien un par de veces y nadie respondió, por eso salimos, está vez decidimos usar otra linterna y encender la de los cascos, de tal manera que veíamos con claridad y en mayor rango buena parte del piso de abajo. Era hora de ir al ala izquierda de la casa, con precaución porque había goteras y podía estar resbaloso, aunque con las botas estuviéramos seguros era mejor prevenir.
In this room of the house there were only two doors, one was open and the other closed, the one that was open seemed to be a dining room, it was quite large and had shelves with dishes and cutlery, which were completely full of dust and surprisingly many were intact, something quite suspicious. The table had a cloth tablecloth, it was yellow from the weather and stuck to the table, there was only one chair and it was in very bad shape.
En esta sala de la casa había solo dos puertas, una estaba abierta y la otra cerrada, la que estaba abierta parecía ser una sala de comedor, era bastante grande y tenía repisas con platos y cubiertos, que estaban completamente llenos de polvo y sorpresivamente muchos estaban intactos, algo bastante sospechoso. La mesa tenía un mantel de tela, estaba amarillo por el tiempo y pegado a la mesa, solo había una silla y estaba en muy mal estado.

At the back of this room there were 4 drums, which when we approached we saw that they were full of water, and the bottom was not visible, the floor was dry, but with a lot of dirt, surely when it rains the water falls here and soaks into the ground, we looked up and saw the ceiling cracked and practically corroded by the water. As there was nothing else to see we went to open the other door, but it was impossible.
Al fondo de esta sala había 4 tambores, que al acercarnos vimos que estaba llenos de agua, y el fondo no se veía, el piso estaba seco, pero con bastante tierra, seguramente cuando llueve el agua cae aquí y se empoza en el suelo, miramos hacia arriba y vinos el techo agrietado y prácticamente corroído por el agua. Como no había más nada que ver fuimos a abrir la otra puerta, pero fue imposible.

(ENG) Good Morning. Facing fears is a challenge, and visiting the ruins of an abandoned house in an urban exploration is definitely not the best way to do it. I quite liked the narration of the story, which makes you visit step by step each of the scenarios. However, the ending left me a bit puzzled, wanting to know more. (ESP) Buenos Días. Enfrentar los miedos es todo un reto y visitar las ruinas de una casa abandonada en una exploración urbana, definitivamente no es la mejor manera de hacerlo. Me gusto bastante la narración de la historia que, te hace visitar paso a paso cada uno de los escenarios. Sin embargo, el final me dejo un poco desconcertado queriendo saber más. Tu historia es interesante, romper con nuestros miedos es una de las luchas más temidas que hay. Por ejemplo en mi caso me costó mucho no sentir miedo a la oscuridad y ya de adulto algunas veces me atemorizó sin sentido.
Ahora bien, el final me dejó con incertidumbre. Espero haya Sido que estaba trabada la puerta y saldrían de otra forma y no que ya habían desaparecido líneas arriba... Gracias por compartir. Bendiciones 🙏
Hola @maydelvalle saludos, gracias por tus palabras, me pasa igual, la oscuridad en completa soledad me sigue dando miedo, en compañía no, al tener a alguien al lado siento o saber que alguien esta conmigo es suficiente. El final, que es la segunda parte, viene en camino, y seguramente la suba esta semana, espero no tener problemas como con esta publicación.
