2020 vídeo (first week of extreme represión quarentene here in Venezuela):

MY POEM:

Behind the Mask:

This situation has taken away great friends, neighbors and relatives, many of them very dear to us.

I always think of them and remember them, as well as my empty city, repressed by the cruel dictatorship that overwhelms us.

Trucks full of police with megaphones repressing and shouting and with baseball bats breaking faces and hitting those who did not wear masks while they laughed and recorded such atrocity on video.

All that happened here, all that and more.... The streets empty and lonely. You didn't hear about it because the information doesn't come out of here.

You didn't hear about it, right, here we are inside a prison in a labyrinth of darkness and indolence, loneliness. My streets are no longer the same. The ultra-violence continues because I live in the land of Mad Max, my streets are not the same, they are more terrifying cause you are not here.

In the world the pandemic was strong. I invite you to live it in a country with a repressive dictatorship, without food, without medicine, without friends and without family, that's how I feel and almost nothing has changed, really the only way out is to breathe under the mask waiting for the day to end...

Nahu Padilla 2021

Jeeez, I thought our country was hard enough - so much worse for you guys and those cops seem really cruel! I hope you found small ways to resist.

Sorry I took so long to reply, been a bit busy.

Yesss we are Warriors so is "easy" somethimes survive here and we smile a Lot and of course the latín caribbean fun makes thinkgs more easy to living. Don't prob about the long reply. I Made with this poem a song for openmic55 i'm uploading the post just right now and i'm going to put the link here and in the post so if You wanna listen my song be My guest, i'm a Big Big Big fan of opeth, katatonia, anarhema, porcupine tree, Steven wilson, Dave townsend and nine in nails. My song is acústic (very rare cause i play several instruments) but i wanna make some deep and intense cause the Lyrics/ poetry of my creation is hard to read. Btw do You like poetry in general? I write a poem books since 1996 to 2006 I publish but in spanish but let me know if You wanna take a read for i make a translation :) in that times i read a Lot about Rimbaud / Baudelaire / Poe / Allan Kardec / Walt Whitman / Faulkner / Herman Hesse / Dostoyvesky / Tolstoi / Brian Weiss / Bukosky / maupasant/ kaftka/ hunter Thompson / Artaud / Hemingway / and of course Many of latin-american and spains writers

Wow awesome thanks a Lot
