It was strange when people began to realize that the earth had gotten extra populated as there wasn't enough space for most people to find their way around.
The environment was tight and breathing was becoming difficult by the day, more children were being born, the expenses of food increased rapidly and life was becoming extremely difficult.
Humans began to complain and depended on the government to do something because sooner or later people were gonna start dropping dead one after the other when carbon dioxide from trees would no longer be available.
Trees were being chopped down on a daily basis just so that more people could build and have a place to stay so the world was getting worse.
One day, things just as predicted were getting out of hand and humans began to drop dead. Some died in their sleep due to lack of fresh air while some died even while walking on the street. It was now a thing of concern to everyone living on the earth surface as they all had the same thought which was; who'd be the next to die?
Governments from different nations came together and agreed upon something which they felt was gonna help the situation at hand.
Each nation had to send out half of its population to space where they were gonna live in floating space pods till the population on earth reduced then and only then would they return.
News soon reached everyone living on planet Earth that the world is overpopulated and so the only way forward was half of the population sent to space. A bill was passed into law that no one should for any reason get pregnant till the population is reduced to a certain rate.
The day for the selection came and half of the population of the world was sent out to space to live in floating space pods. Some loved it but some hated it. Some died while going to space because it was a very difficult journey.
Some kids were separated from their parents because they were old enough and so if anything happened, at least they had lived their own life compared to the kids. There was a lot of emotion as many weren't given the opportunity to say goodbye but they all had hope that someday they'll return to their families again.

Fue extraño cuando la gente empezó a darse cuenta de que la tierra se había poblado de más, ya que no había suficiente espacio para que la mayoría de la gente se orientara.
El ambiente era estrecho y respirar se volvía difícil cada día, nacían más niños, los gastos de alimentación aumentaban rápidamente y la vida se volvía extremadamente difícil.
Los humanos empezaron a quejarse y dependían de que el gobierno hiciera algo porque tarde o temprano la gente iba a empezar a caer muerta una tras otra cuando el dióxido de carbono de los árboles dejara de estar disponible.
Los árboles estaban siendo cortados a diario sólo para que más gente pudiera construir y tener un lugar donde quedarse, así que el mundo estaba empeorando.
Un día, tal y como se predijo, las cosas se descontrolaron y los humanos empezaron a caer muertos. Algunos morían mientras dormían debido a la falta de aire fresco, mientras que otros morían incluso mientras caminaban por la calle. Todo el mundo que vivía en la superficie de la tierra estaba preocupado porque todos tenían el mismo pensamiento: ¿quién sería el siguiente en morir?
Los gobiernos de las diferentes naciones se reunieron y acordaron algo que consideraron que iba a ayudar a la situación en cuestión.
Cada nación tenía que enviar a la mitad de su población al espacio, donde iban a vivir en cápsulas espaciales flotantes hasta que la población de la Tierra se redujera, y sólo entonces regresarían.
Pronto llegó la noticia a todos los que vivían en el planeta Tierra de que el mundo estaba superpoblado y, por tanto, la única forma de avanzar era enviar a la mitad de la población al espacio. Se aprobó un proyecto de ley para que nadie se quedara embarazada por ningún motivo hasta que la población se redujera a un determinado porcentaje.
Llegó el día de la selección y la mitad de la población del mundo fue enviada al espacio para vivir en cápsulas espaciales flotantes. A algunos les encantó, pero otros lo odiaron. Algunos murieron al ir al espacio porque era un viaje muy difícil.
Algunos niños fueron separados de sus padres porque ya eran mayores y así, si pasaba algo, al menos habían vivido su propia vida en comparación con los niños. Hubo mucha emoción, ya que a muchos no se les dio la oportunidad de despedirse, pero todos tenían la esperanza de volver algún día con sus familias.
