Erase una finca de ganadería lechera donde vivía Alfonsina la vaca que daba la mayor cantidad de leche en el ordeño está vaca tenía muchos premios obtenidos en las ferias ganaderas y esto la hacía muy presumida era la primera a la hora del ordeño y era la que primero quería enterarse de todo lo que pasaba en la finca es que ella quería saberlo todo.

Alfonsina a parte de ser muy presumida denigraba a las demás vacas porque daban menos leche hasta el punto que les decía ustedes no son productivas la que se esfuerza más aquí soy yo; ustedes deberían de ser descartadas. Tanto era la presión que les hacía Alfonsina a las demás vacas que estas aunque hacían el esfuerzo de dar más leche mentalmente no podían es que todos los días era lo mismo a la hora del ordeño, la hora de comer y a todas horas; era terrible para las demás vacas soportar a Alfonsina las 24 horas de día.
Alfonsina, besides being very conceited, denigrated the other cows because they gave less milk, to the point that she would tell them that you are not productive; I am the one who works the hardest here; you should be discarded. Alfonsina put so much pressure on the other cows that even though they made the effort to give more milk mentally they could not; every day it was the same at milking time, at feeding time and at all hours; it was terrible for the other cows to support Alfonsina 24 hours a day.

One day the summer began, there was a lot of drought, the pastures were dry, there was little food; Alfonsina and all the cows reduced their milk production. There was little cheese produced on the farm. It was a hard time, some cows were transferred to other farms because of the food issue. Alfonsina and Morocho saw that there were almost no cows left on the farm. Alfonsina and Morocho had almost no one to bother but the worst thing was not that; the worst thing was that the conceited Alfonsina was realizing that the suffering of the other cows was also affecting her physically and emotionally.

Está etapa crítica iba haciendo de Alfonsina más empática y se fue acercando a las pocas vacas que quedaban en la finca pero con temor a ser reprimida sin embargo las otras vacas fueron receptivas y decidieron hacer equipo para lograr una estabilidad de los litros de leche; en sus ordeños las vacas se sentían sin presiones, sin ser denigradas sentían armonía. Morocho también bajo un poco su jactancia sabía que la finca estaba pasando una etapa difícil.
This critical stage was making Alfonsina more empathetic and she was getting closer to the few cows that were left in the farm but with fear of being repressed, however the other cows were receptive and decided to make a team to achieve a stability of the liters of milk; in their milking the cows felt without pressure, without being denigrated, they felt harmony. Morocho also lowered his boastfulness a little, he knew that the farm was going through a difficult stage.
Luego el verano paso las lluvias comenzaron; había abundancia de pastos, las demás vacas comenzaron a retornar a la finca enterándose de que Alfonsina había mejorado su forma de ser y de que Morocho ya era menos fanfarrón y menos metiche. Las vacas que recién regresaron también quisieron hacer equipo; los días pasaban y todas las vacas se sentían más tranquilas, sentían armonía y todas iban aumentando su promedio de leche en el ordeño.
Then the summer came and the rains began; there was an abundance of pastures, the other cows began to return to the farm, learning that Alfonsina had improved her way of being and that Morocho was less boastful and less nosy. The cows that had recently returned also wanted to team up; the days went by and all the cows felt calmer, they felt harmony and all of them were increasing their milk average at milking.
Alfonsina recupero su alto promedio de leche aunque aún un poco presumida pero ya no denigraba a las demás vacas sabía que un equipo rendía en una labor estando en un ambiente de placidez. También entendió que a veces se está arriba como a veces se está abajo.
