I think for this drop, you need to have bought a minimum of 350 packs from Splinterlands (and not Hive Engine). I got 9 of these having bought 3300 ish.

I didn't get any. I'm not buying too many packs these days. Have to decide what's worth it for me.

Life is my weakest, so I am not sure how I feel about him yet. Lol
I think right now it's better picking up cards you need to boost your deck from the market. At some point though I expect individual card prices to start to rise again and the remaining million or two packs will seem like better deals.
I'm winning a fair few cards. My deck is worth a fair bit anyway.
