Today's great experience and my victory story in Splinterlands game

in Splinterlands6 days ago

Among online games, Splinterlands is a game that always excites me. Every day you can learn something new, try new combinations, and each match is like a battle. Today was even more special for me, because today I won a great battle using some of my favorite cards. So I thought I would write a blog about my winning experience and the power and strategy of the cards used.

My opponent in today's match was quite strong—he was far ahead of me in the rating. But I knew that if you can apply the right card setup and strategy, it is possible to defeat any strong opponent. So I carefully arranged my team and decided which cards to put in which positions.

Team selection and the cards I used

Every card I used in today's battle was very valuable and quite powerful to me. First was the tank card in front of me—a powerful melee attacker, with good defense and health. This was my team's main shield, which handled the enemy's attacks from the front row.

Alongside it, I used some Range attackers and some Magic attackers, who constantly attacked from behind and weakened the enemy. One of my speed-based cards in particular played a great role today. Although its attack power is low, its high speed allowed it survive for a few rounds put pressure on enemy's important cards.

Finally I used cat-character card as my Summoner which gave my team an extra +2 health and some special abilities. Summoner selection is very important in Splinterlands because Summoner determines how strong entire team will be and which buffs it will receive. Today's Summoner made my battle much easier.

Strategy Where did I place which cards and why

In Splinterlands its not just about having strong cards—you have have right cards in right positions. What I did today

1. I placed a tank with high health and defense in the front row. It dealt the opponent's damage first.

2. I put a card in the second row that can attack melee but also absorb damage. If the first card dies quickly, the second one can easily take its place.

3. I put a Magic attacker and a Range attacker in the middle rows because they don't take damage from the front, so they survive for a long time.

4. Finally, I put a support card that has low health but good speed and is able to weaken the opponent when hit.

The team arranged in this way was much more balanced than my opponent.

Moments during the battle

The match started I felt that opponent wanted put pressure on me quickly. His team also had strong Magic and Range attackers, which were trying weaken my tank quickly. But my tank was able survive for a long time because extra health given my Summoner.

In each round, I noticed that my cards were gradually breaking down the opponent's defense. Especially the melee attacker in the middle row did a great job. His attacks quickly destroyed opponents second row.

As the match progressed it became clear that I was in an advantageous position. My Magic attackers were ignoring opponent armor and directly hitting health. As a result the opponents strong cards also started weaken quickly.

The last round and the moment of victory

By the end match opponent had only two cards left in his hand. And I still had four cards standing in my hand. At this point, I was sure that I would win the match. With a few attacks in last few days opponent health dropped zero and finally I won the match.

When the words VICTORY! appeared on the screen, it seemed that today's strategy, card selection and battle plan had really succeeded. I got a rating of +40, SPS of 0.378, and 176 points as a battle reward—all in all, it was a great day.

Lessons learned from today's experience

Today's battle taught me a few important things:

You can't win just by having strong cards, you need strategy.

Summoner selection is very important.

If your team is well balanced you can survive even long battles.

Choosing your cards based on your opponent team increases your chances winning.

Splinterlands is not just a game for me—its a game strategy, patience smart thinking. Todays match proved to me that even toughest match can be won with the right planning. I hope I can play better matches in the future and collect more powerful cards.
