In a little communication on the discord channel, it was declared that from now on it would be possible to purchase credits in the Splinterlands game with SPS. I find that this is quite important and needs a bit more plublicity!
A second real use case available to everyone
Of course for savy people, it was already possible to actually exchange SPS into DEC or other tokens and to use this money to buy new cards in the game. For all the people who actually pay with paypal and are not understanding crypto so much, this is a real game changer. They can now use their daily SPS earnings directly in the game without having to use a liquidity pool or a market.
A part from staking the tokens for rewards, we have therefore now a second use case for SPS. I think this is great for the game and also for the token.
A third use case coming out soon
SPS will soon carry a third use case. When staking SPS we will get vouchers on a daily basis that will allow us to purchase chaos legion packs within the presale. I believe it will be good to hold a good amount of staked SPS when this will be announced and when it starts effectively.

Ah I didn't realize that. It's nice to see that we can use the SPS directly and we can earn it every single day even if we stake it.

With the daily SPS from airdrop, people will have a direct refill to increase the size of their decks :-)
Well, I'm happy for this, not because I'll change SPS to credits, but because there will likely be less competition on staking and the APR will go higher (or at least not drop further). :)
That's a very good point. The more people use SPS to buy stuff, the more we get when staking lol
they are just adding use case after use case to the game. This is great news. It will help the Hive platform grow even more.

At least sps tokens is on pancakeswap and hive engine which is good for staking some of it
They made a good job in bringing the token to many platforms. You can stake it on hive engine, pancakeswap or even within the game.
SPS is like the gift that keeps giving really ;) The more you have the better. I'm very shocked at how cheap it is so I'll be picking up a ton at these prices.

Without this post i don't know when i would realize that it is possible, a few time when i needed some DEC, swapped some SPS to hive than hive to DEC, now this is much easier with just buying some credits, thanks again!
It definitely makes purchasing much simpler. Just keep some liquid SPS on your account and you have always funds for some great opportunity :-)
SPS needs more cases, but we ain't hurry, the game is full of fun!
