The new Conflict comes with a figure that, for me, represents a new chapter within the game: Loving the Moo. It’s not yet possible to test the card in battle, but just from its presentation and lore, you can already feel it carries a symbolic weight the beginning of a new phase, built together with the community. What makes this release different is exactly that: Loving the Moo wasn’t created solely by the creative team, but also with the help of players from the leaderboard. It’s the first community Archon, the first character born from ideas that came directly from the people who live and breathe the game every day. And to me, that shows how much the project is maturing and becoming something bigger than just a simple card game.

LOVING THE MOO
The lore is one of those that make you stop and imagine the Conclave Arcana universe coming to life. It all begins when a tribe of gray-furred minotaurs finds a lost lupus cub wandering through Fenmoor, a swampy and hostile region. The cub, with no chance of surviving on its own, is taken in by the tribe.
They name him Loving the Moo, a name born from a moment of affection and humor the little one laughed at the minotaurs’ mooing sounds, and the nickname stuck. From that day on, Moo grew up among them, learning their traditions and values, but also discovering a gift none of them possessed: a unique mastery over elemental magic, capable of summoning and commanding elementals from different planes of existence.

I haven’t been able to get my hands on the card yet, but based on the official data released so far, Loving the Moo looks like one of the most interesting additions to date.
It costs 7 mana, putting it in a balanced spot between power and flexibility not so expensive that it limits creature choices, but not so cheap that it becomes too accessible for mid/low mana battles.
Its abilities really stand out
- Bloodline Dominion: Grants all Canisans and Elementals the Poison effect, with a 50% chance to poison the enemy after a successful attack.
- Tactics: Gives two units Magic Reflect and Blast which, in practice, creates a very interesting synergy of area damage, especially against magic users and compact formations.

Even without testing it, it’s easy to imagine its potential in mid-cost battles, especially in compositions that make good use of area damage. I’m curious to see how this Archon will fit into the meta and whether the abilities will behave as described.

Another point worth noting is how the event itself will work.
All Mage Wagons can participate...
Both old and new ones. Each can carry up to 5 cards and 100 packs (from any Rebellion or CA Pack collection).
The points are calculated as follows:
- CA cards = full power in points
- Rebellion cards = half power
- Packs: Rebellion (50 points), Standard (100 points), Alchemy (300 points), and Legendary (600 points).
For every 100,000 points, you earn 1 entry in the Conflict Airdrop draw. Each entry has a 0.083333% chance to receive the card, but there’s a guaranteed drop after 1,200 entries.
And for those who love Gold Foils, there’s also a 1 Gold Foil chance for every 25 cards received, or just 13 if you’re using alchemy potions.
Potions remain an essential part for anyone looking to increase their chances.
- Alchemy Potions: Double the Gold Foil chance (from 4% to 8%).
- Midnight Potions: Double the Black Foil chance (from 0.1% to 0.2%).
Each use consumes 50 potions per card, which may seem high, but anyone who’s participated in previous Conflicts knows the investment usually pays off especially when the event adds new rare cards to the Jackpot.

At the end of each Conflict, the game adds 1 Black Foil Arcane and 5 Gold Foil Arcane to the global Jackpot. This means the rewards keep growing as events progress, giving active players more and more chances to find something valuable in their packs. The third Conflict ends on October 20, and between Monday and Thursday there’ll be a short break to reorganize strategies and prepare the wagons for the next round. The new one officially begins on October 23, 2025, at 12 PM EST (4 PM UTC).

More than just an event, this new Conflict seems to mark a moment of transition. Loving the Moo is the symbol of how the community and creative team are truly walking side by side.
It’s a card born from collaboration something that carries the spirit of those who play, create, and believe in this universe. I still don’t know how it will perform in battle, but one thing’s for sure: it has already won the community’s heart before even being playable.
