what's up Splinter Player around the Praetoria how are you doing?
In this content i want to share that turns out i can beat Ulund Combo Wombo using only one Rare unit but having crutial ability that is Anasth Soothsayer. But, of course need to be dig deeper and try a lot more to be claimed as meta that counter Ulund strategy. But, in this battle my plans was work.
As you can see that usually people will using Final Rest ability to prevent the Bloodline Tribute of the Ulund Strategy. But, i think it is not many unit that having Final Rest nowdays. The Conclave Edition only Craniax The Quick who have it
And i dont rent any Conclave Arcana cards and also i still dont have this card either.
So, when battling Ulund Combo Wombo in Diamond League. Usually i lost the battle since i cannot repress the damage from Ulund that got buff from Bloodline Tribute ability.
And this time i try something that kinda odd for me too.
I found it that all the Buff can be resetting to the old ones using Dispel ability
Dispel is ability that sometimes we are forgetting. Not too usefull in battle but sometimes this ability can really a key to resetting all the battle and the buff. I just realized that this ability also can resetting the buff from Bloodline Tribute too. So, this ability kinda super strong. But, the terms and situation is kinda hard than using Final Rest ability.
This battle ruleset is kinda tricky. Having 45 manacap which is kinda average. The only Element that can be used is just Water and Life element. And the first ruleset is Unprotected that means all unit will lose all the armor. The second ruleset is Wands Out that means both player can only using Magic Type attack units. And the last but not least is Tis But Scratches that means all unit will having cripple ability.

As you can see the opponent line up kinda update meta that can be a great chance to win this battle. In contrary my line up is using old meta card. Lets see my line up
For the summoner i am using Cryptic because from all the summoner this summoner that will gives more benefit due this ability that can gives 2 unit Poison and Expose ability. And also this unit will reduce 1 speed from opponent line up and this unit gives blind effect to opponent line up.
For tanker i am using this unit called Nalara Geinek. This unit is the crutial unit that can be really good as Magic type attack defender since this unit have silence ability that can reduce opponent magic type attack reduced by 1. And also this unit having Void ability that can reduce the damage taken by magic attack. And this unit also have stun ability that can make opponent that stunned will skipping 1 turn
The second line up is I am using Ujurak Elder. This unit can wasting opponent attack turn by using the divine shield ability. And also this unit giving 1 additional health due the Strengthen ability and addng 1 speed to all alied unit by using Swiftness ability.
For the next, i am using new Conclave Rewards card called Torrent Sniper because this unit having snipe ability and also this unit having kinda huge health that is 8 which is can holding some damage taken.
Next i am bringing this support for my tanker since this unit having Cleanse ability and also Tank Heal ability. The cleanse will make all debuff and stats effect will be gone in this battle. And the tank heal will make my tanker can live longer. And the crutial one is Dispel ability that can resetting all buff.
Next, i am bringing Daarg Deadblast as backliner support since this unit having Triage ability that can healing the non first tanker And this unit gives 1 speed buff to all allies by using Swiftness ability.
And the last i am bringing Chaos Adjutant to make sure i have another one unit that can gives poison effect to opponent line up. And also this unit will attacking so randomly using scattershot ability. So, all based on luck i guess.
So, in this battle at first my line up kinda a mess a little bit. After defeated opponent Moribun Arrowbait. It seems that all Ulund bloodline and unit that having Shapesifter army can got buff from Bloodline tribute ability. I do not expect that my line up can defeated opponent line up that really strong from the outside. And turns out that after the buffed Ulund goes to front they are got reset by my Anasth Soothsayer Dispel ability. And my strategy is really take a huge risk. But, in this battle i am preparing for lose since i dont have any fancy card in my deck. And then Soothsayer make the different in this battle. After got reseted back to the original, they will seems like usual unit that not too strong at all. Thats why after the Ulund army can be dispeled, the table turning and my line up can win this battle.
