In this content i want to share about Hidden Gems. This time i will share about common hidden gem that many people underestimated this since common and kinda not like nowdays meta. But, since i owning this unit, i often using it in the battle and sometimes this common really can table turn the battle and be a key of winning. This common called Fenmoor Haunt.
Fenmoor Haunt the common unit from Rebellion edition. The second card from rebellion set that i bought. I kinda felt in love with this card since i saw this unit back then maybe last year that when comes in low mana cap battle, this card can shining like a star. This unit is just costing 3 mana which is pretty low. And with 3 mana, this unit having pretty good stats. 5 basic health, 5 basic speed (which is fast enough). and 2 melee damage. What make this unit extraordinary is the ability. This unit having sneak ability that will attacking the backline. Then Void ability that can reduce damage from magic attack. And Scavenger ability that can adding max health after any unit die in battle. So, this unit actually can be a back up tanker since having scavenger and also this unit can be a carry in low manacap battle.
So, lets check out in the battle. Like i said usually when comes battle with having really low manacap battle, i am often bringing Fenmoor Haunt in battlefield.

Look even though the opponent using new Overpowered card like Calamity and also Kelan Gaines. Fenmoor Haunt can helping to be tanker in this battle after several round.
Okay lets break down the battle
First lets look at the Ruleset first
This battle having only 3 ruleset that is
Thick Skinned
All unit have shield ability ( 50% Less damage from Physical attack and will be 0 when got physical attack with 1 damage.
Close Range
All units have close range ability ( Can use Ranged attacks from first position)
Now You See Me
All units have camouflage ability ( Cannot be directly targeted unless in the first position )
This battle having really low manacap that is 24. And the only element that cannot be used in this battle is Fire element.
And this time i am pick up Death element since there are many magic damager in there and also Lorkus also boosting up the magic damage.
And this is my line up pick.
Like i said that in this battle i am betting on the magic damage from death element. Thats why i am picking Lorkus in this battle. And since this is battle of low mana. I think with bringing Lorkus i will make a huge gamble in this battle. It is really hard to arrange in low mana after the cost of the summoner is already high.
As always in low manacap battle Halfling Refugee always be number 1 pick especially for low manacap since this unit only costing 1 mana with pretty good ability and stats. With 1 manacost this unit having 8 basic health 5 melee damage and 3 speed which is pretty good and kinda tanky. But the ability is kinda be a concern here with Weary ability that can make this unit skip the turn because of exhausted and the chance is rising each turn. But this unit also have Heal ability that make this unit kinda good as tanker.
The second line up, i need filler unit that can make the opponent wasting some damage to my unit first. Just in case if the opponent are faster than me or using ambush ability. So, i pick Ujurak Elder as filler since this unit costing only 3 manacost with pretty good ability that is Camouflage that cannot be targeted unless in first position, Divine Shield that ignores all damage once. Strengthen that increase all allied maximum health by 1. And swiftness that increase all allied speed by 1.
Next i am bringing Fenmoor haunt like i said above this unit can be very tanky after several round and many of unit die in battle that will trigger this unit scavenger ability and it will make this unit to be a pretty decent tanky unit. And also this unit can attacking the backline first several times before goes to frontline as tanker.
Next i am bring Chaos Adjutant because this unit is Magic damage with pretty good ability that is Scattershoot that will make this unit attack randomly. And also having snare ability that make any flying unit grounded. And the last that the important one is Poison ability that can having chance to give opponent that got damage poison effect.
And the last is i am bringing Arachne Weaver as my support yet deadly unit since this unit having pretty good ability also. Corrupted healing that can heal all allied by reducing their max health. Scavenger that can adding max health after any unit die in battle. And the last is Poison ability that same with Chaos Adjutant.
Of course in this battle my Halfing Refugee and Ujurak Elder easily defeated by opponent Kelan Gaines that got ambush ability. But, that will trigger scavenger ability from Fenmoor Haunt. That will make Fenmoor Haunt kinda have more health right now. So, he can holding Kelan Gaines real attack right now. And luckily my Chaos Adjutant gives poison to opponent Calamity so that will make Calamity dead faster.
And since opponent Kelan did not having Life leech ability. In with 2 round Kelan can be defeated while my Chaos Adjutant and Arachne Weaver sucking opponent life using life leech ability that Lorkus give. And after Kelan Gaines dead it will make the battle easier especially my Chaos Adjutant not dead yet. The corruption Heal will heal a lot and almost full health and it will make hardly to beat my unit right now with just single unit left in opponent line up.
