Heyyy yooooo
what's up Splinter Player around the Praetoria how are you doing?
In this content i want to share about my strategy toward this land.
This lands kinda the real passive income in Splinterlands games. And at some point it just need to play with using brain and do math for calculated the income and expenses. I think land can deficit too but the risk is really low in my opinion. Maybe i will buying little by little until i reach having 5 plot first. Then i will see how it is going since i will get the title rewards in ranked battle.

After knowing about new land card that i already post yesterday in here. Then i am starting to reading many content from @thejedo and @beaker007 to learning about this Land investing and gameplay.
Actually this Land is kinda easy to learn. But, investing on land and make it work until reach the "good" income is not easy. I think need more money to be invest in it. But, all of the resource needed can be collecting along with time.

Okay lets see on the market first for the common plot that available. As you can see all the plot land are already sold out. So, we can just buying in secondary market. But, i think it is okay to start buying in secondary market.
You guys can starting window shopping on peakmonster or you can browse on elmo market.
The cheapest plot right now is around 12,5$. Not too cheap but not too expensive though. So after window shopping, just decided want to having plot or land that can produce that you needed. I think the best selection for me is plot that produce grain first since from what i read all workers need grain to produce something else. But, even using other produce besides grain that the resource that we are produced can be sell on market and swapped to grain and still get the profit from it. So, so far i think will pick the cheapest on the secondary market first. And i need to saving until i can afford 5 plot first to gain Title bonus on ranked.
With that i can boosting my daily income on ranked.

Then as far as i know the plot need workers on lands. And i think every plot will need different total of workers and as far as i know it needs 5 workers. And Gold Foil will gives more bonus on the produce for the plot. And my plan after having 5 plot and get the title. What i need to do is starting to buying the gold foil from old edition. Maybe the cheapest is from Chaos Legion edition. Thats looks like so much money involved. And i need to buying all Conclave Arcana cards too. Thats why i still confused from where to start this investing on land. But, overall i already make my own map to guide me after i set my heart to investing on land. I believe this land is not bad at all and not make me loss at all. And Yet it still far away to starting this kind of investing.

So, with all due the respect to people that read this and dissapointed about my plan towards lands. I think you need to start your own research and finding the best way and as comfortable as your way to play this game on Splinterlands. Land is one of the gameplay that earning passive income literally just doing nothing just buying and arrange the worker and thats it. That different to me that i still need to play everyday to get the rewards. But, i really enjoying playing this game even though sometimes the system is really annoying me. And yet i am kinda addicted and i already made my plan in the start of this year. And so far the milestone is already over my plan and thats good. So, yeah in the end you need to decided to investing on cards or land first. And for me i still following my plan first and making other plan from another income to starting saving for buying lands.
