The surrounding is very dark and scary, his only source of light is the moon and his lamp. But Doctor Blight is not scared because he knows he can handle his self.

Coloring its head and necklace.
Changed the color of the background to make Doctor Blight's clothes visible.
Adding a glowing effect on the lamp. Then adding details for the foreground.

Once it was all set, I changed the opacity of the light per frame to achieve the glowing or flickering effect.
