Riftwatchers had a really short presale (I think a few minutes) and now it's in it's general sale phase until it sells out. The current price is $5USD worth of SPS plus 1 voucher.
During the presale, I think the price was the same, but presale packs were eligible for a specific airdrop card that won't be available to anyone else.
