One room for improvement. Please use name tags less frequently. Name tag are meant to ping the users, each time you use a name tag, a user who is monitoring get pinged. Notice how I called your name on the first line (without the @). That is better.
You tag people, when you absolutely want them to read that line :)
Got it! I was trying to use them less this time lol. I'll try to phase them out. I was liking how it hyperlinks you right to that user's page so readers can check them out.
