Where is my chest? IM Silver and still getting only 1 chest

How is that possible?
First there was the text of 2 chest reward ,but they only gave me one? WTF
I mean cmon fix this,u work hard tring to scale and then u still recive bronze reward thats sad

Hope you will do someting about that.
