RULESET: Odd Ones Out
Description:
Only units with odd mana costs may be used.
Summoners are not affected by this rule.
The man cap was 40 and I was able to use only three elements. That was fire, water and death. Although it is getting really hard to guess what the opponent is going to came up with, because there are a lot of cards and they can choose whatever they want to and sometime it is really hard to predict what is going to happen. Sometimes the rule sets are not in our favour, and sometimes they are. But sometimes we did get lucky, even if the rule sets are not in our favour. And that is what happened with me this time. At the end, the game is all about what is the positioning of our cards and what are their abilities? If you are choosing the right set of cards, then your win is for sure. There were two more rulesets other than Odd Ones Out and those were Ferocity (All units have the Fury ability.) and Unprotected (All armor is removed from units and one cannot gain armor.).
This time I have used the water element used to play with water element a lot. But these days it is really hard to keep playing with one kind of Summoners and cards because you have to be diversify your strategies. Because if you are playing with same set of cards, then it is really easy to predict your next move. So it is a good move to play with multiple sets of cards.
So, my life up was :
I have used Kelya Frendul summoner, In the battle because it gives you an advantage of one shield, 1 speed, and speed does make a lot of difference in a lot of battles. Although the shield was Not that much worth it in the battle, but still the speed did make a lot of difference. And it was really helpful during the battle, in my opinion because it is very helpful in many ways in the battle And as you can see in the battle, it was helpful for me.
1. Almo Cambio -:
The first card on the lineup was Almo Cambio, The stats of the car does really great. The health is 12 and three melee attack and 4 speed It is like a tank, and it was really helpful in the battle. The car does have amazing abilities besides of the amazing stats and that was Immunity (This Unit is immune to negative status effects.). The card did help a lot to prevent all the other cards in the back of the line, even though it was not able to protect all of them. But still, it did manage to protect a lot of cards for a while. I think using this card in the first position was my good choice, and it was worth it.
2. Kulu Mastermind-:
The second card on the lineup was Kulu Mastermind, The car does have a good stats and the abilities are amazing, and it is really worth it using in the battle because of the special ability that is opportunity (Units with the Opportunity ability may attack from any position and will target the enemy Unit with the lowest health.). As you can see, the shields were off, and it is really helpful to use these kind of cards because it has an amazing stats of three melee attack, 4 speed and 9 health. This card is very helpful, and it did manage to clear the lower Health cards easily end in this kind of battles, clearing cards of low health is helpful because, in a way, we are eliminating the cards. And this card helped a lot in clearing the line of the opponent, which have lower health .
3. Venari Marksrat-:
The third card on my lineup was Venari Marksrat, This card is very much used because of its amazing stats And that just kidding, because of its amazing ability Martyr (When this Unit dies, adjacent Units get +1 to all stats.), So the thing is, This card is only going to be beneficial to others if it gets eliminated from the battle. Although the stats of the card are not that much great, but still one range attack is a decent thing something is better than nothing. This card was helpful in the battle after it got killed because it gives power to its adjacent cards. And it was helpful in the battle.
4. Aexmaster -:
The fourth card on my lineup was Aexmaster, The stats of the card are decent, but it is worth using because, as you can see, the seals were off, so range attack can be helpful in this kind of battles The card does have a decent stats, 5 health, four speed and two range attack. The car does have an amazing ability that was Double Strike (This unit attacks twice each round.), This ability can be handy in the battles when the opponent have low mana, or you can say low health cards because two ranger attack twice are going to impact a lot. Because even if you miss one, then the chances are you are not going to miss the another So the thing is, you will get two chances per attack.
5. Merdaali Guardian-:
The fifth card on my lineup was Merdaali Guardian, This card doesn't have any attack power, but it has an amazing ability
which is Tank Heal (Restores a third of max health to the Unit in the first position each round.). The stats of the guard are not that much great with two speed and three health . The ability of this card make this worth using in the battles. Because if you are able to protect this card, then it is going to protect the first card on your lineup. And if you are using a tank on the 1st line then this card might be very helpful only if the opponent is not using any sneak, snipe or opportunity ability cards.
6. Swamp Spitter-:
The sixth card on my lineup was Swamp Spitter , Although the stats of the card are not that much great, but the ability of the card which makes it worth using in the battle. And that is Repair (Restores a third of max armor to the friendly Unit whose armor has taken the most damage.). The stats of the card are two range attack, three speed and five health. The car didn't long blast that much because the opponent have three sneak cards, and that did wiped out this card very easily. But still, I did manage to make this card useful to protect the other cards from the back And with the opportunity ability card, height managed to clear their lines very easily.
So at the end, the battle was really amazing, but still There is only one guard can be chosen that is going to be the man of the match. Or you can say the car that performed very well in the battle, and it is none other than Kulu Mastermind. Yes, that is true date card did help the lot to clear the opponent line very easily. And I was happy that I have used this card in the battle
