There are about four days left until the season ends, and I hope you'll achieve higher rankings and collect as many rewards as possible. We're all very concerned about these things. My last season was pretty bad, and this one is going well, which is definitely encouraging me. That's why I purchased a few cards today. Their level is low right now, but I'll gradually increase it. I invest a little bit from time to time, which is why I'm increasing my collection power. I hope to gradually increase my power and acquire more and more cards.
Today, I'm going to share a battle where you can see how to perform well in a particular ruleset. My Manacap was 29, and I could use all elements except Life. You can see which elements I used, and my opponent's Water summoner was level 5, and mine was level 3.
Rulesets :
- Briar Patch -:
All units have Thorns (returns 2 damage to attacker when hit by a melee attack).
Damage returned is equal to the damage of the attacker divided by 2, rounded up.
Melee attack units with the Deflect do not take damage from thorns.
The Amplify ability increases damage.
When you encounter a rule set like this, you're more likely to use cards that don't use melee attacks. However, I chose one card for a specific reason. You'll gradually understand it during battle. As you can see above, I used which monsters and which summoner in the battle. Some of my opponent's cards were the same, but some of the missing cards made a significant difference in the battle. If you look closely, it was almost the same as our strategy, but just a few changes made a significant difference in the battle.
If you look closely, you'll notice that the first cards were the same as both of ours, and two more were similar, but their positioning was quite different. I used the G card in the second position. If my point used a card with a Blast ability, that card could have protected me to a great extent. But that's not the case at all. In the third position, I had a card with the Opportunity ability, which allowed me to quickly eliminate the cards of the opponent.
As you can see, most of the cards in the open net had very low health, which benefited me greatly. Yes, my cards weren't very helpful, but I still had the advantage because they didn't have any cards on me that could target the cards with my low health. If you look closely, both of us had the same strategy. In the beginning, we used a card that would act as a tank and with the help of all the cards behind it, we would solve the first card and provide support to it.
This was my study as well, but I also used other attack cards, which slightly impacted the outcome of the battle. I feel that if I had slightly altered the position of even one card, it could have had a much bigger impact on the entire battle. I also used a card with the Scavenger ability, which increases the health of any card removed from the battle. Yes, my opponent also had a card with this ability, and that card also had attacking power. If you look closely, everyone who played after my opponent was higher in level than I was. I had a few cards that were probably level two, and only one card that was level three, but this card benefited me significantly.
And I'm glad I won this pattern without even dealing a single card. It wasn't easy, but it was quite fun because the battle lasted a long time, spanning approximately 21 rounds. This is a fairly lengthy battle, as you'll be able to finish it quickly if you see it in 4X; otherwise, it will take a long time.
