Its me again !!!
For this week's Challenge battle i bring you, Stone Golem !!!
Ahh the Stone Golem, i love this card for certain rule-set mainly due to the Shield and Stun abilities. Good in low mana cost Ruleset, Knock-Out and especially deadly in those rulesets that melee can attack from anywhere due to the Stun. Its a decent non-magic tank for its cost, but i usually dont put it in front due to it dying very fast from Magic.

Strategy
So naturally since Green can be used its a no brainer for Mylor right ? Can fit Mylor + Stone Golem + 3/4 cost sneak or Opportunity fella...but looking at my summoners i feel that i can pull off a Llama plus Stone Golem !!! I thought that 3 damage from the golem should take out any heals and he is tanky enough to absorb thorns and melee damage....but i realized my mistake too late when i clicked Battle....my Llama is only lvl 1 !!! Oh dear....
The Lineup
Luckilly.....my opponent's Mylor is also lvl 1 !! *Phew !! Dodged a bullet but this is still a tough battle as i need to eat through a whole lot of armor and Shield....so can this combo work ?

Last Stand Battery !! 50% more health and damage !! Nuff said...the feared summoner if used in conjunction with Kron or Fleshie !!!Stone Golem
Could have turned out much better if the Llama was higher level but i will take this since the other side is lvl 1s too....
The Battle

I am not so worried about my opponent attacks as only the Biceratops can damage me like 1 damage...i am worried if the match drags too long i will be taking alot of Damage from the thorns....pro tip: Shield also reduces the damage from thorns as its considered Melee damage.
With the Biceratops dead it is now man to man, golem to golem, while their golem cannot do any damage to mine, the thorns will be a problem, this is a slugfest !!
At this stage i realized that its my win because we are dealing each other 1 damage per turn, my Stone Golem has more HP than theirs....
Conclusion
Not a spectacular battle but it does showcase that this strategy can work, even though there was a mistake from my part not realizing the Llama was only Lvl 1.
And yes i will continue to use the Stone Golem for certain rulesets like Knock-Out or Melee can attack anywhere.
