lordies.... those things kill ... as an ICU nurse we got a few. (Mostly people being idiots trying to kill or move them) but if the bite has venom you don;t have long to get to hospital that is for sure.
the water dragons are pretty gorgeous though, we have them in the chook pen. no idea why they cohabitate, i would have thought the chickens would attack them???

Him and his best friend were biology majors and have lots of experience around snakes. Plus they do lots of research and always have somebody local with them. I always have to kind of apologize for them and explain because well... there are alot of IDIOTS out there messing around with snakes lol I think my favorite critter they photographed this trip was a frilled lizard. Those are really cool.
lol... i get that... for the most part, if you don't mess with them then you are fine. i get really annoyed by the people that are not trained, that offer there services as snake relocators. they don't move them to a safe place and are not really interested in the snakes well being... just in it for the cash. There are a few of them around here.
