I definitely agree that the game has been getting too top heavy.
I've been voting against every voting proposal so far that led to that but obviously the minnows like me have not much say in that.
The game needs to attract new players to grow and everything that has been done isn't going to do that. If anything,
Crypto based games already have a higher hurdle for people joining in as compared to a traditional game where you just click install and play. And now with the crippling DIS-incentives against new players... Well, the numbers speak for themselves don't they?

The best way to dynamise the game is to make sure that everybody earns on the way. Especially the lower leagues. I understand it's not always easy to figure out how to do it without giving an advantage to abusers and bot farms but it seems the people in lower league were more and more disadvantaged and in the end it's where new players start their journey...
