Sounds like a really good strategy. I am just kind of crossing my fingers and taking my chances at this point. I shifted a lot of stuff around and it totally killed my rental income.

Cheers. I think the rental market has been turned on its head a bit anyways. A lot of this stuff is experimenting with trial and error. Hope you find something that works.
