I use a open source image editing software called "GIMP" to do all my editting of images: https://www.gimp.org/
And so for the animated dividers and such.. I go an open whatever image/logo and get rid of the background of it.
Then I create a new "image" with like a 1000 pixels by 100 pixels dimensions (give or take).
I paste that logo/image into that new image on the far left. Export the image and name it like "Image_1.png". Then I move the logo like 50 pixels to the right and export that as "Image_2.png". Do that until the logo has moved across the entire 1000 pixels.
Then there are about a million options to do this next part (you can use like Davici Resolve or Kdenlive if you want to do it locally) but the easiet is using a Image-2-GIF maker: https://ezgif.com/maker where you upload all the image and it converts it to a GIF.
You may need to play around with speed and resolution to make it a small enough file size but that is it really.
Thanks @cherokee4life I will take a look into these. And this will be my guide.
I knew I wrote a article about it previously but took me a second to find it.
