Another week on with CoVid still going strong in most of the countries and India is suffering the most with a fear of new virus Black Fungus threatening more deaths.
India is now allowing vaccination for 18 to 45 aged people and that is something which will benefit the youngsters.
Coming back to this week's SHARE YOUR BATTLE Weekly challenge, we have a monster which has lost it's popularity due to introduction of better reach card in Earth Splinter i.e. Orc Sergeant, but Minotaur Warrior is still being used by many who haven't invested in Orc Sergeant.
Minotaur Warrior is an alpha/beta version common category monster from Earth Splinter which is of melee attack type.
So, what are the stats for this huge monster? Let's see one by one:
It's melee attack starts at minimal and increases to a max of 3 in it's 10 levels.
Speed is on better side compared to it's attack with minimum speed of 3 which go up to 5 when it's leveled up.
It has an armor and that is something good for a reach ability monster.
Health starts at 2 but quickly increases to 3, 4, 5 and finally reaches 6 in final level.
It has 2 abilities in reach and pierce* and that makes it a good card at second position in the lineup although it'has a competitor in Orc Sergeant and sometimes, even I use Kron The Undying to check the snipe attack.

This was a battle with medium MANA cap of 28 and had a rule set of melee mayhem meaning, all the melee attack monsters can attack from any position and will target the monster in front position unless they are into specific rules like Screeching Vulture which keeps attacking monster with lowest health.
Lineup:
1. Lord Arianthus:
Used this no attack monster with abilities of throwing thorn, void and shield with magic reflect as well to counter attack melee and magic attacks and also have reduced attack from all 3 types of attack.
2. Stone Golem:
Since this was a melee mayhem battle, I used this as backup front monster to have lesser attack and also have that stun ability to silence a monster when it is stunned.
3. Screeching Vulture:
This scavenge and opportunity abilities monster is particularly useful in melee mayhem battle since it can take out those low health monsters which are so powerful like Brownie and Creeping Ooze and also gains health with each monster when it dies.
4. Minotaur Warrior:
The theme monster with it's ability of pierce will be useful when we have monsters with armors as pierce reduces armors and also main health in excess of armor.
5. Orc Sergeant:
I use this in regular battles as well as melee mayhem and super sneak battles as this inspires all the melee attack monsters by increasing their attack by 1.
6. Brownie:
Brownie is a must to have in any battle since it inspires and also increases the speed of all the monsters.
Opponent used Lynna Natura summoner as well with his monsters being Lord Arianthus, Furious Chicken, Flesh Golem, Orc Sergeant, Brownie and Stonesplitter Orc in that order.
Battle:
Round 1:
Usage of an opportunity monster in Screeching Vulture had an immediate effect as it got rid of opponent's Brownie in just second iteration and that helped to reduce the speed of opponent's monsters and also reduce their melee attack since inspire was taken out with Brownie out.
Round 2:
Lord Arianthus, Furious Chicken and Flesh Golem were all the casualties for opponent in this round as they had reduced speed and were taken out before they could attack and that reduced the monsters count to 2 for opponent with Orc Sergeant and Stonespitter Orc left to attack.
Round 3:
It didn't take much time to get rid of remaining two monsters from opponent's lineup as they surrendered even before they could attack and this showed why the speed of monsters is very important than their attack.
It was a very easy win and opponent's lower level monsters also helped this cause.
Questions and Answers:
Did my strategy work? What will I try differently next time?
It worked quite nicely as we can see the battle got over in just 3 rounds itself and opponent's lack of high level monsters also helped me a bit.
If I was using different monsters, then I definitely would have liked to add monsters like Flesh Golem to have that liberty of a self healing monster and even may be Hydra as well.
Do I like the MINOTAUR WARRIOR? Why or why not?
Well, frankly speaking, I don't use it much nowadays because of better reach ability monster in Orc Sergeant which can even inspire malee attack monsters.
That was another quick battle with easy win and it all took just 3 rounds to win it.

Being someone recovering from Covid 19, I know how difficult the life will be and hence, it's better to take precautions than getting infected and then repenting.
Corona doesn't see if a person is rich or poor, it even doesn't see whether the person is an elder or even a kid as we see increased cases of children getting infected.
Hence, make sure everyone in your home is safe and doesn't go away unless it's very much needed and if they have to, then urge them to use masks and maintain that safe distance from others to have reduced chances of getting infected.
