Today, in this article, I’ll give you my reasons why EPIC cards are the best option for growing in @splinterlands, whether you're a new player, someone who has been around for a while, or even if you're thinking about coming back.
Generally, in battles, we can use an average of one card from this category, and if we have it at a good level, it will be the deciding factor between winning and losing a match.
In the game, these types of cards are available in all classes, and currently, we can even get some completely free (of course, by dedicating time) in the Glint store.
One piece of advice I always give when opening individual packs is to buy potions to increase the chances of getting gold foil cards. And with some luck, you might experience something like this:
For example, we bought three packs, each containing one epic card, and this is what happened:
Incredible, right? We now have a level 2 epic card, which is really good for battles. And on top of that, since it’s gold foil, we get the special battle bonus when using it.

One thing I always emphasize is that the more cards you have, the more variety you’ll have when choosing your lineup. However, when it comes to epic cards, the higher their level, the better—since they can unlock new abilities.
At the very least, I recommend having some at level 2 to maximize your chances of winning.
On another note, keep an eye on the epic cards from the current REBELLION set. CHAOS LEGION might transition to the Wild League when the new cards arrive this year possibly in just a couple of months so don’t fall behind when it comes to adapting to the game’s evolving meta.

Everything is a process, and taking these cards to the next level requires patience and investment, so take it easy.
SOME CARDS YOU CAN GET
This doesn’t mean you can’t get a few Epic cards from CHAOS LEGION or past expansions (if you enjoy playing in Wild, go for it!), but rather, we’re focusing on the future and speculating on how card sets rotate in these types of games.
Here are some cards that will be useful in the Modern League for at least another year.

These, in my opinion, are the best in terms of cost vs. benefit (prioritizing stats when leveling up and unlocked abilities). Some can even be obtained for free, but as I mentioned before, patience is key.
I might talk about them in future posts, but I wanted to showcase them here.
Of course, the ones I didn’t include aren’t necessarily bad some can still work at level 1.
Epic cards are amazing, and I hope this post opens your mind and shifts your perspective on how you see this game.

Hoy en este articulo te daré mis razones del porque las cartas EPICAS son la mejor opción para crecer en el juego de @splinterlands tanto si eres un jugador que apenas empiezas o llevas un tiempo aquí o quisieras regresar.
Generalmente en las batallas podemos llevar en promedio 1 carta de esta clase y si la tenemos en un buen nivel va a ser la que defina entre ganar y perder una partida.
Dentro del juego este tipo de cartas esta en todas las clases y actualmente podemos conseguir algunas totalmente gratis ( claro esta dedicando tiempo ) en la tienda de glint.
Un consejo que doy cuando abran packs individuales es que compren pociones para que tenga mas posibilidad de que salgan doradas y con algo de suerte les puede pasar esto.
Para el ejemplo compramos 3 packs donde viene 1 carta épica y esto fue lo que paso:
Increíble ah, ya tenemos una carta épica nivel 2 muy buena, que podemos usar en las partidas y aparte de eso al ser dorada tendremos el bono especial en batalla si la usamos.

CONSEJOS
Algo que siempre recalco es que entre mas cartas tengamos mayor variedad tendremos para elegir en batalla, pero en el caso de las épicas entre mas alto sea su nivel mejor, ya que podrán despertar algunas nuevas habilidades.
Yo como mínimo te aconsejo que tengas algunas en nivel 2 para maximizar las posibilidades de victoria.
Por otro lado también te pido que tengas en el radar las cartas épicas de este set actual REBELLION ya que posiblemente CHAOS LEGION pase a la liga de wild cuando llegues las nuevas cartas este año y puede ser en un par de meses y así no te quedes atrás frente a como sea el meta del juego.
Ya por ultimo recuerda que todo es un proceso y que el camino de llevar estas cartas al siguiente nivel requiere de paciencia e inversión, así que tómalo con calma.
ALGUNAS QUE PUEDES ADQUIRIR
Con lo anterior no te digo que no puedas adquirir un par de cartas Épicas de CHAOS LEGION o expansiones pasadas ( si te gusta jugar en wild hazlo ) si no que nos centraremos un poco en el futuro y especulando como rotan los sets de cartas de este tipo de juegos.
Aquí algunas cartas que te van servir para la liga Moderna mínimo un año
Estas para mi son las mejores costo beneficio ( se priorizo stats al subir de nivel e habilidades despertadas ) y mas que algunas las podemos conseguir gratis pero como te dige anteriormente paciencia. Quizas mas adelante hable de ellas en futuros post, pero quería enseñarselas.
También las que no puse no es que sean malas pero incluso pueden funcionar en nivel 1.
En conclusión las cartas épicas son increíbles y espero que este post te abra la mente y cambie un poco tu panorama de como ver este juego.
