As a keep owner in Lunaden (Region 59 Tract 7) I wanted to have a regular look at what is going on in the tract as land starts to move towards land 2.0 and slowly pick up any land that comes up for sale at reasonable prices. @beaker007 has come to my aid with his amazing site (https://land.spl-stats.com/) and the Tract Analysis
The tract currently sits at 48% activated with 24 different accounts holding plots in it.
killerkev is the major holder in the tract but looks like he has his main activated tract elsewhere and I assume will add to this tract at a later date when grain becomes more important (the tract is 100% grain producing)
solomon-33 on the other hand has activated the majority of his plots and is making grain and contributing his taxes!
Speaking of taxes, my keep is now up to 36.2% tax rate and I’ll be adding the extra DEC on to the tract and improving the workers on here over the next few weeks as I work towards maximising the tax collection, but need to consider if its best to maximise my PP on the other 8 plots first? Buy more plots to increase harvests overall? At what point is it beneficial to move titles and totems to my Keep?
Tract PP
There is a small amount of research and sps being mined in the tract (wish I had done research previously!) but as I said the majority of the 100% grain producing plots are producing grain! I think once I have built up the DEC required for all 9 of my plots in the tract ill start adding grain to the LP.
Land For Sale
Land currently for sale in the region is overpriced in my opinion as you can pick up grain plots in many other regions with commons available for between $15 and $20, rare plots are available for $30 to $35 so that 1st rare for sale is just about priced right.
I’ll keep an eye on the market and see if we get any movement although I really want to build up my existing plots first…
A Little Nudge
Its nice to be able to see who is claiming their resources (and paying me the tax – every penny helps!) but also who has maxed out their plots so are losing out on resources themselves so just to let you know @dksart and @schachoberhessen , you are sitting on 100% full plots in region 59 tract 7 😊
