Hello friends. Are you ready to get in the SOCIAL MEDIA CHALLENGE? Yes, you are.😎
In splinterlands there are a lot of things to make you relive some memories. A few days ago I played a tough fight, most of the monsters were very strong, and that reminded me of a wrestling tournament called "Royal Rumble", so I called it "Battle of Heavyweights".
Go to 👉 https://splinterlands.com and enjoy some good battles, collect cards, trade, earn some money.
Battles become more fun when they contain powerful monsters, higher Mana Cost, higher Health, and more abilities and powers. Lots of ups and downs happen round after round, and it's hard to predict a winner. The rewards get better, because using your own or rented cards, especially epic and legendary cards, makes your chances of winning higher. The heavyweights battle is a good example of this.
So, let's get to know this battle:
Mana Cap: 48.
Rules of Compat: Equal Oppotyunity. (All monsters have the Opportunity ability)
Active units: FIRE, EARTH, DEATH, and DRAGONS.
My opponent's lineup:
1- LIVING LAVA. 2- ANTOID PLATOON. 3- RADIATED BRUTE. 4- TENYII STRIKER. 5- DISINTEGRATOR. 6- ELVEN DEFENDER.
And his summoner is TARSA.
My lineup & strategy:
1- ELVEN DEFENDER.
It will help give me the advantage with its high Health which will allow the reat of my monsters to hit from the back lines.
2- CHARLOK MINOTAUR.
This monster is very important in this battle because if its True Strike ability with the Opportunity Rule of Compat.
3- LIVING LAVA.
Usually I put this monster as a tank because of its Shield ability, but today it is better to use it in the back line to make an advantage with its 3 melee attack and the Opportunity.
4- FORGOTTEN ONE.
For me, it is not a forgotten monster. I like this card with its Immunity ability that will make it get +1 Health and +1 attack from TARSA.
5- GRUM FLAMEBALDE.
I believe that it is the strongest monster in my FIRE collection. Its Bloodlust will make it very dangerous.
6- RADIATED SCORCHER.
This poor one, it is the weakest card and won't last long in battle. I only set him to take the first Sneak hit.

ROUND 1:
FORGOTTEN ONE starts hitting ANTOID PLATOON and removes its shield. Then TENYII STRIKER eliminated RADIATED SCORCHER by the Sneak ability. ELVEN DEFENDERS HIT LIVING LAVAS. Then I was able to eliminate ANTOID PLATOON with my GRUM FLAMEBALDE and LIVING LAVA. My tank avoided a hit from the opponent's tank, then RADIATED BRUTE hit my LIVING LAVA and CHARLOK MINOTAUR replied. Also DISINTEGRATOR hit my LIVING LAVA.
ROUND 2:
FORGOTTEN ONE eliminated THE RADIATED BRUTE. TENYII STRIKER hit GRUM FLAMEBLADE and removed its shield, so did my tank with the opponent's tank. Then ELVEN DEFENDER hit my LIVING LAVA. GRUM FLAMEBLADE removed DISINTEGRATOR's shield with a powerful blow before LIVING LAVA hit it. The opponent's tank destroyed my tank's armor. DISINTEGRATOR knocked out my LIVING LAVA, CHARLOK MINOTAUR responded and TARSA's effect returned to my monsters.
ROUND 3:
We exchanged strong blows. GRUM FLAMEBLADE knocked out the opponent's tank LIVING LAVA, and TENYII STRIKER became the opponent's tank and took a big hit from CHARLOK MINOTAUR.
ROUND 4 & 5:
TENYII STRIKER was eliminated by GRUM FLAMEBLADE. ELVEN DEFENDER Becomes opponent's tank, takes a hit from FORGOTTEN ONE and loses its shield, hits my tank which hit back, then takes a hit from CHARLOK MINOTAUR.
And in ROUND 5 GRUM FLAMEBLADE was very hungry for blood, so it hit the opponent's.
AND I WON.
A comment:
I think it was an exciting battle, full of powerful monsters, unpredictable. Sometimes we don't have strong battles because our mana cap is few so we can't use strong monsters like in this battle. I think putting RADIATED SCORCHER in the back was the right move, better than letting a more important monster take Snaek hits from TENYII STRIKER. The opponent's monsters weren't weak, but my monsters were stronger, they were sweeping, and I won the battle of heavyweights.
